Description

車燈模組
本發明涉及一種光學模組,尤其涉及一種應用於車輛的車燈模組。
現有車輛的車燈一般包括一反射杯以及設於反射杯內的光源光源。光源光源發出的光線經由所述反射杯的反射後射向車體的前方,以便駕駛員識別車體前方的路況。
為了能夠使駕駛員識別車體前方遠、近不同位置處的路況資訊,一般的車燈內會設置至少兩組照射角度不同的光源光源。一組光源光源照射距離車體前方較近的區域,而另外一組光源光源照射距離車體20前方較遠的區域。駕駛員根據實際路況需要切換遠、近控制開關來控制車燈向車體20前方的近處或者遠處區域照射。
然而,這種車燈需要至少兩組光源光源,而且這兩組光源光源的照射角度和方向均係固定的,從而導致其照射範圍有限,不能按照駕駛者的實際需求來實現遠、近照明,也給駕駛員帶來了一定的安全隱患。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種可自由調節照射角度和方向的車燈模組。
一種車燈模組,包括光源模組,所述光源模組包括一光源、位於光源出光路徑上的反射鏡以及一反射杯,所述光源發出的光線射向反射鏡並經由反射鏡反射至反射杯,所述反射鏡能相對於所述反射杯移動而改變經其反射而射向反射杯的光線的入光方向,使得經反射杯反射的光線向距離車體不同遠近的位置照射,以使駕駛員瞭解距離車體不同遠近距離的路況資訊。
本發明的車燈模組中,藉由改變入射至反射杯的光線的入射角度,使得經由反射杯反射的光線能夠向距離車體不同區域進行照射,由於所述入射至反射杯的光線的入射角度可以改變,因此,可以自由調節其照射角度及方向。

請參見圖1,本發明第一實施例的車燈模組100包括一光源模組10以及用以控制該光源模組10的控制系統60。
請參見圖2,所述光源模組10包括一光源11、位於光源11出光路徑上的反射鏡13以及一反射杯15。所述光源11發出的光線經由反射鏡13反射後入射至反射杯15。所述反射鏡13能相對於所述反射杯15移動而改變經其反射而射向反射杯15的光線的入光方向,從而使得入射至反射杯15的光線被反射至車體20的前方或側方。本 實施例中,所述光源11為發光二極體。當然,在其他實施例中,所述光源11也可以為鐳射光源二極體。
所述反射鏡13包括一朝向光源11的反射片131以及位於反射鏡13背向光源11一側的轉輪133。所述反射片131隨著轉輪133可以自由地向各個方向轉動。因此,所述反射鏡13能夠改變經其反射而射向反射杯15的光線的入光方向,使得經反射杯15反射後的光線向距離車體20不同遠近的位置照射。
優選地,為了更好地將光源11入射至反射鏡13的光線均勻地反射或散射至反射杯15,所述反射片131朝向光源11的表面上可以形成反射膜135。所述反射膜135可以為螢光層、擴散膜的組合物。
所述反射杯15呈碗狀,其具有一朝向車體20前方凹陷的、圓弧狀的反射面151。所述反射面151用以將入射至其上的光線反射至車體20前方或者側方。優選地,為了提高反射面151的反射效果,所述反射面151的表面可以塗抹一層螢光粉、擴散膜的組合物。當然,所述反射面151也可以為平面、粗糙面等其他形狀,只要能將入射至其上的光線較好地反射至車體20的前方或者側方即可。
請參見圖3,所述控制系統60包括一指令模組61、一主控模組62以及一驅動模組63。
所述指令模組61用以向所述主控模組62發出指令。所述指令模組61可以發出打開/關閉、調節光源模組10的光源強度的指令、遠/近距離照射指令以及轉向(左轉、右轉)指令。所述指令模組61可以設置於車體20內部。優選地,所述指令模組61可以設置在車 體20內便於駕駛員操作的位置。當然,為了方便駕駛員發出指令,所述指令模組61可以包括複數按鈕或觸摸屏(圖未示),駕駛員僅需要按下按鈕或者觸摸觸摸屏,即可發出相應的指令。
所述主控模組62接收到相應的指令後,以該指令控制驅動模組63驅動光源模組10做出回應。
當駕駛員駕駛車輛行駛時,駕駛員認為需要將車燈打開或關閉時,可藉由所述指令模組61向主控模組62發出打開或關閉指令。所述主控模組62接收到該指令後,控制驅動模組63驅動該光源模組10打開或者關閉。當然,駕駛員也可以根據行車環境,人為地藉由指令模組61發出調節光源模組10的光源亮度指令,以控制驅動模組63對光源模組10進行亮度調節。
請一併參見圖2,當駕駛員需要瞭解距離車體20前方較近區域的路況時,駕駛員可以藉由所述指令模組61發出近距離照射指令。所述主控模組62接收到該指令模組61發出的近距離照射指令後,控制該驅動模組63驅動所述光源模組10中的反射鏡13的轉輪133沿順時針方向旋轉。根據光的反射原理,在反射鏡13隨著轉輪133沿順時針旋轉的過程中,光源11發出的光線經由反射鏡13反射後,會集中向反射杯15的反射面151遠離地面的上側入射(如光線B)。而這部分光線經由所述反射面151的上側面反射後會集中朝向靠近車體20前方的區域照射,如此,則可以使駕駛員瞭解靠近車體20的前方區域的路況資訊。
反之,當駕駛員需要瞭解距離車體20前方較遠位置的路況時,可以藉由指令模組61發出遠距離照射指令。所述主控模組62接收到該指令模組61發出的遠距離照射指令後,控制該驅動模組63驅動 所述光源模組10的轉輪133沿逆時針方向旋轉。根據光的反射原理,在反射鏡13隨著轉輪133沿逆時針方向旋轉的過程中,光源11發出的光線經由反射鏡13反射後,會集中朝向反射杯15的反射面151靠近地面的下側面入射(如光線C)。而這部分光線再經由所述反射面151的下面反射後,會集中朝向車體20前方較遠的位置照射。如此,則可以使得駕駛員瞭解遠離車體20的前方區域的路況資訊。
同樣地,當車體20右轉時,駕駛員藉由所述指令模組61向所述主控模組62發出右轉指令。所述主控模組62接收到該右轉指令後,控制所述驅動模組63驅動光源模組10的反射鏡13的轉輪133向車體20的左側方向轉動。根據光的反射原理,在反射鏡13隨著轉輪133向車體20左側方向轉動的過程中,光源11發出的光線經由反射鏡13反射後,會集中朝向反射杯15的反射面151遠離車體20右側的左側面入射。而這部分光線再經由所述反射面151的左側反射後,會集中朝向車體20的右側照射。如此,則可以使得駕駛員在控制車輛右轉的過程中,可以預先瞭解到右側的路況資訊,進而減小交通意外的可能。
當車體20左轉時,駕駛員藉由所述指令模組61向所述主控模組62發出左轉指令。所述主控模組62接收到該左轉指令後,控制所述驅動模組63驅動光源模組10的反射鏡13的轉輪133向車體20的右側方向轉動。根據光的反射原理,在反射鏡13隨著轉輪133向車體20右側方向轉動的過程中,光源11發出的光線經由反射鏡13反射後,會集中朝向反射杯15的反射面151遠離車體20左側的右側面入射。而這部分光線再經由所述反射面151的右側面反射後, 會集中朝向車體20的左側照射。如此,則可以使得駕駛員在控制車輛左轉的過程中,可以預先瞭解到左側的路況資訊,進而減小交通意外的可能。
可以理解的,所述轉輪133可以繞著O點自由地旋轉,從而使得光源11發出的光線經由反射鏡13反射後可以照射到反射面151的任意位置,從而使得駕駛員能夠瞭解車體20周圍的路況資訊。
在第二實施例中,請參閱圖4,所述車燈模組100還包括一光強檢測模組70。所述光強檢測模組70用以檢測車體20外部環境的光線強度。當行車的光線強度超過某一設定值時,所述光強檢測模組70向所述驅動模組63發出亮度減弱資訊。所述驅動模組63接收到該資訊後,將光源模組10發出的光強減弱。反之,當行車環境的光線強度小於某一設定值後,所述光強檢測模組70驅動模組回饋亮度增強資訊。所述驅動模組63接收到該資訊後,將光源模組10發出的光強增強。藉由所述光強檢測模組70,可以實現根據外部環境的光照強度來自動調節光源模組10的光源強度,從而能夠達到省電、節能的目的。
本發明的車燈模組100中,藉由指令模組61控制所述光源模組10中的轉輪133旋轉,使得車燈模組100能夠向距離車體20遠近不同距離處的區域進行照射。一方面,由於所述車燈模組100中僅採用了一組光源模組10,就可以實現向車體20遠、近距離的照明,其相較於傳統的採用多組光源模組來實現遠近距離照明節約了成本。另一方面,由於車燈模組100中的光源模組10藉由設置於反射鏡13的轉輪133可以實現照射角度的轉變,從而擴大了照射範圍。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種車燈模組,包括光源模組,其改良在於:所述光源模組包括一光源、位於光源出光路徑上的反射鏡以及一反射杯,所述光源發出的光線直接全部射向反射鏡並經由反射鏡全部反射至反射杯,所述反射鏡能相對於所述反射杯移動而改變經其反射而射向反射杯的光線的入光方向,使得經反射杯反射的光線向距離車體不同遠近的位置照射,以使駕駛員瞭解距離車體不同遠近距離的路況資訊。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的車燈模組,其中:所述反射鏡相對於所述反射杯轉動而改變經其反射而射向反射杯的光線的入光方向。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的車燈模組,其中:所述反射鏡包括一朝向光源方向的反射片以及一背向光源方向的轉輪,所述反射片隨轉輪轉動。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的車燈模組,其中:所述反射片朝向光源的一側表面形成一反射膜。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的車燈模組,其中:所述控制系統包括一指令模組、一主控模組以及一驅動模組,藉由所述指令模組可以向主控模組發出指令,所述主控模組接收到該指令後,依據該指令控制驅動模組驅動所述反射鏡相對於反射杯移動。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的車燈模組,其中:藉由所述指令模組可以分別發出打開、關閉、亮度調節、遠近距離照射指令來藉由所述主控模組控制驅動模組驅動所述光源模組做出回應。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的車燈模組,其中:藉由所述指令模組還可以發出轉向指令。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的車燈模組,其中:還包括一光強檢測模組, 所述光強檢測模組用以檢測車體外部的光照強度,然後將檢測的資訊回饋至驅動模組,以供驅動模組調節光源模組的光照強度。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的車燈模組,其中:所述光源為鐳射光源二極體。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的車燈模組,其中:所述反射杯的反射面為圓弧面、粗糙面或者平面。
