Abstract

A high-power LED lamp includes an LED module, a tubular internal radiator comprising airflow channels arranged in an axial direction and generating a chimney effect from the received heat; a heat pipe group formed by a plurality of U-shape bent heat pipes, wherein the middle sections of the U-shapes of the heat pipes are mutually interlocked to form a flat surface for contacting the LED module, wherein the ends of the U-shapes of the heat pipes form a ring fit outside the internal radiator and positioned against an outer wall of the internal radiator, wherein the flat surface is located at one end of the internal radiator, not blocking the airflow channels of the internal radiator as much as possible; a vapor chamber bent to an annular shape that encloses outside the ring of the heat pipe group and positioned against the outside of each heat pipe; and an external radiator fit outside the vapor chamber. The present invention enables quick heat conduction and achieves simultaneous cooling through the external and internal radiators so as to achieve ideal cooling effect to be applicable to various ultra-high-power LED lamps.
