1296596 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種電動腳踏車之驅動機構改良之研 發,尤指一種具有電動及腳踏二種驅動模式之腳踏車驅動 β 機構,俾具結構簡單、縮減佔用空間、降低製造成本,另 ^ 可降低車體重心,以及可充分利用變速器功能,進而節省 電力並增加爬坡力等特色及功效者。 【先前技術】 按,為提升腳踏車之使用便利性及減輕腳踏車騎士之 體力負擔,故近年來陸續有以電動馬達取代人力之電動腳 踏車問世並廣受消費者青睞。 _ 目前一般電動腳踏車之馬達傳動設計,約可區分為下 列四類: , 第一類:馬達係組設在前或後車輪外,而馬達軸與被 . 驅動之後車輪軸平行。 第二類:馬達係組設在後或前車輪外之支架上,而馬 達軸與該被驅動之車輪軸垂直。 第三類:馬達係直接與前或後車輪結合,而直接成為 5 1296596 車輪之心軸。其特色為馬達之主體係隨著前或後車輪轉 動。 第四類:馬達係與腳踏傳動轴垂直,經由傳動元件而 驅動前鏈輪。 目前為止,市面上大部分電動腳踏車的驅動機構多為 前述第一、二、三類設計,第四類則係為少數。而該第一 _ 類傳動方式概如第一圖之公告第522964號新型專利所 示,該習用電動腳踏車之馬達A1係組設在後車輪外,而 使馬達軸與被驅動之後車輪軸呈平行設置,並藉由傳動元 件A2帶動固設在後車輪之鏈輪A3。該第二類傳動方式係 如第二圖所示,該習用電動腳踏車之馬達B1係組設在後 車輪外之後車架B2上,而使馬達軸與被驅動之後車輪轴 呈垂直設置,並藉由傳動元件帶動固設在後車輪之鏈輪 • B3。該第三類傳動方式則如第三圖之公告第M259755號及 第四圖之公告第467091號新型專利所示,請參閱第三圖, . 該習用電動腳踏車之馬達係直接與前車輪結合,使馬達之 , 軸心係為車輪之軸心,並以馬達與傳動元件連結而驅動前 車輪轉動;續請參閱第四圖,該習用電動腳踏車之馬達D1 係直接與後車輪結合,並使馬達D1與傳動元件連結而驅 動後車輪轉動。關於第四類傳動方式則請參閱第五圖之公 6 1296596 告第192351號及第六圖之公告第519087號新型專利,如 第五圖所示,習用電動腳踏車之馬達E1係透過轉向傳動 元件E4及鏈條E5而與前鏈輪E2連結,該馬達E1與腳踏 傳動軸E3呈垂直設置,其主要係利用與前鏈輪E2平行之 轉向傳動元件E4而令鏈條E5驅動前鏈輪E2,進行而驅使 ^ 後車輪轉動;又如第六圖所示,習用電動腳踏車之馬達F1 I 係與前鏈輪F2相連結,而使馬達F1與腳踏傳動軸F3呈 垂直設置,並藉由一組傳動裝置F5 (如第七圖所示)驅動 前鏈輪F2,令前鏈輪F2以鏈條F4帶動後車輪轉動。然而 前述之四類系統係分別具有如下所述之缺點·· 1、第一、二、三類系統之傳動方式,皆係設計將馬 達(如人1、61、01、£1)直接對前車輪或後車輪驅動,如 此一來,腳踏車將無法裝設變速器及產生變速功能。於整 ⑩ 體上,除了將較裝有變速器者耗費電力以外,其爬坡力亦 嫌不足。 , 2、第一類傳動方式,如第一圖所示,由於馬達A1 . 係平行裝置在後車輪外,而後車輪之半徑不小,因而需要 較長的鏈條A4 (或皮帶)相連結,相對的其成本將較高且 有鏈條A4(或皮帶)易脫落之弊。 3、第二類傳動方式,如第二圖所示,其馬達B1必 7 1296596 須附加成對的傘狀裔輪作為傳動元件,以改變傳動方向, 使之與車輪軸平行方能驅動。由於齒輪組係精密機械元 件,故除須考慮造價成本外,亦須考量其適切潤滑的問 題;再者,此類傳動方式之馬達B1須裝置在後車架B2的 一邊,整體上,電動自行車的重量將嚴重的左右不平衡, 另若馬達係裝置在後車輪外,它亦將因佔了相當的空間而 不易再加裝可供被載者站立的踏桿。 4、 第二類傳動方式,如第三圖所示其馬達係包覆於 前輪ci的心軸内部,而馬達的主體係會隨著前輪ci轉 動;又如第四圖所示,其馬達耵係固設於後輪D2的心軸, 而馬達的主體係會隨著後輪D2轉動。此類型傳動方式所 使用的馬達均非-般規格品,而需要特別訂製,其製造成 本較高,且當動平衡沒做好時,車子行進時會產生上下跳 動之現象,另外,此類型的車輪亦非標準品,同樣需要另 外‘造’同樣產生製造成本較高之困擾。 5、 第四類傳動方式係屬極為少數,如第五圖所示的 設計,於馬達E1作動時,亦將同時帶動腳踏板與前鍵輪 E2,故採電動模式行進時,使用者必須將腳抬高,以避免 被腳踏板打到,同時因連帶帶動腳踏板轉動而增加負重, 致造成電能之浪費及縮減電池之徂+ 、電時間;又如第六圖所 8 1296596 示的設計,則因整個傳動裝置F5結構複雜且佔有相當重 量及體積,再加上傳動裝置F5與前鏈輪F2設於同側(如 第七圖所示),一方面將造成自行車左右重量的嚴重不平 衡,另一方面則因實際上空間的限制,使傳動裝置F5裝 • 設不易,如勉強裝設,強度上亦須考量;再者,如第六圖 ^ 所示之傳動方式中所運用到之傳動裝置F5概如第七圖所 _ 示,該傳動裝置F5係包含一單向傳動元件F51,該單向傳 動元件F51之結構特徵如同第八圖所示,由於其不但不是 標準規格品的組合,且整體形狀極為複雜,故製造成型及 加工過程極為困難且成本甚高。除此之外,它在支架之腳 踏轉軸處亦須另外改造。 6、前述四類之傳動設計在沒電力而必須以腳踏力驅 動時,都有必須同時帶動馬達軸之問題產生,由於馬達的 • 轉子與定子間有磁力作用,致使使用者會比騎一般腳踏車 須付出額外之力氣,而感到費力。 η , 有鑑於此,吾等發明人乃潛心進一步研究電動腳踏車 之驅動機構並著手進行研發及改良,期以一較佳設作以解 決上述問題,且在經過不斷試驗及修改後而有本發明之問 1296596 【發明内容】 緣是,本發明之目的係為提供一種電動腳踏車之驅動 機構改良,主要具結構簡單、縮減佔用空間、降低製造成 本,另車體左右重量平衡且可降低車體重心,以及可充分 * 利用變速器功能,進而節省電力並增加爬坡力等特色及功 ’ 效。 為達致以上目的,吾等發明人特別設計一種電動腳踏 車之驅動機構改良,該驅動機構係設置於電動腳踏車之五 通管一侧,包含第一及第二套筒、第一、第二單向傳動元 件、數組軸承、一前鏈輪、一傳動元件,及一固設於車架 之電動馬達,其中,第一套筒係供電動腳踏車之腳踏轉軸 穿設,第一套筒與腳踏轉軸之間設置第一單向傳動裝置, • 第一套筒外部則固設第二單向傳動裝置與前鏈輪,第二單 向傳動裝置外部復設置第二套筒,且第二套筒外部設傳動 < 元件俾與電動馬達相連結,又,第一、第二單向傳動裝置 , 係呈反向設置且二側皆設有轴承;藉之,令電動馬達及腳 踏轉軸可以分別驅動第一套筒及前鏈輪,進而以鏈條帶動 後輪者。 據上所述之電動腳踏車之驅動機構改良,其中,第一 1296596 單向傳動裝置具一外環部,外環部係與第一套筒内壁結 合,其内環面成型有齒槽,外環部内設一内環部,内環部 係與腳踏轉軸結合,其外環面設有若干可外張及收合之制 齒件,該等制齒件係可外張抵制於外環部之齒槽作單向傳 < 動;藉之,令腳踏轉軸透過第一單向傳動裝置進而帶動第 一套筒及前鏈輪作單向傳動。 I 據上所述之電動腳踏車之驅動機構改良,其中,第二 單向傳動裝置具一外環部,外環部係與第二套筒内壁結 合,其内環面成型有齒槽,外環部内設一内環部,内環部 係與第一套筒外壁結合,其外環面設有若干可外張及收合 之制齒件,該等制齒件係可外張抵制於外環部之齒槽作單 向傳動;藉之,令第二套筒透過第二單向傳動裝置進而帶 動第一套筒及前鏈輪作單向傳動。 • 據上所述之電動腳踏車之驅動機構改良,其中,該傳 動元件係可為鏈輪或皮帶輪,並以鏈條或皮帶與電動馬達 . 相連結者。 % 【實施方式】 關於吾等發明人之技術手段,茲舉一種較佳實施例配 合圖式於下文進行詳細說明,俾供鈞上深入了解並認同 11 1296596 本發明。 首先明’閱第九圖及第十圖所示,本發明之驅動機構 •主要係裝設於電動腳踏車之坐塾立w下方之五通管u .―側’主要包含第-及第二套筒2、3、第一及第二單向 傳動元件4、5、數組軸承6、一前鍵輪7、一傳動元件 # 8及-固設於電動腳踏車工之車架適當位置處之電動馬 達9,其中: 該第一套筒2係設置於電動腳踏車之五通t n 一侧 且呈同軸排列’令電動腳踏車之腳踏轉軸12穿設於五通 官11與第-套筒2中,第—套筒2與腳踏轉軸12之間設 置第-單向傳動裝置4,第一單向傳動裝置4兩侧皆搭配 裝設有軸承6 ;第一套筒2外部則固設第二單向傳動裝置 籲5與前鏈輪7,第二單向傳動裝置5兩側亦搭配裝設有軸 承6,且其外部復設置第二套筒3,且第二套筒3外部設 * 一傳動元件8俾與電動馬達9相連結,又,第一、第二單 • 向傳動裝置4、5係呈反向設置(如第十圖所示),且, 第二單向傳動裝置5外部之傳動元件8係可為鏈輪或皮 帶輪,並搭配以鏈條或皮帶81而與電動馬達9相連結。 續請參閱第十圖所示,該第一單向傳動裝置4係可為 12 1296596 一棘輪組,同具一外環部41,外環部41係與第一套筒2 内壁結合,其内環面成型有齒槽411,外環部41内設一内 環部42,内環部42係與腳踏轉軸12結合,其外環面設有 若干可外張及收合之制齒件421,該等制齒件421係可外 ‘ 張抵制於外環部41之齒槽411作單向傳動;藉之,令腳 ' 踏轉軸12可透過第一單向傳動裝置4進而可以帶動第一 I 套筒2及前鏈輪7作單向傳動。 此外,該第二單向傳動裝置5亦可為一棘輪組(同請 參閱第十圖所示),主要具一外環部51,外環部51係與第 二套筒3内壁結合,其内環面成型有齒槽511,外環部51 内設一内環部52,内環部52係與第一套筒2外壁結合, 其外環面設有若干可外張及收合之制齒件521,該等制齒 件521係可外張抵制於外環部51之齒槽511作單向傳動;
