【物品用途】;本創作係提供一種「舟艇童車」新穎式樣造型設計，尤指一種供孩童騎乘推滑玩耍之童車。;【創作特點】;如附圖所示，該「舟艇童車」主要創作特點在於車體具有舟艇外形，並賦予卡通化造形所衍生而成，由側視觀之，該車體底緣具有弧形之基座，基座上後端則設有一向前、後端方向、且呈向上翹起之鞍座，該基座並於鞍座前方設有一前端呈向下延伸之弧緣的前端座，且前端座中具有一向鞍座斜伸之把手，把手上飾設有一鵝頭狀之突體，而由俯視觀之，車體基座更透過兩側曲緣產生前大後小舟艇造形。整體觀之，本創作體態優美，線條流暢，把舟艇童車的氣韻以趣味性地展現無遺；其整體造型確實為一新穎、獨特之新式樣創作，且立體效果極富個性、風格之美感。[Item Usage];This creation provides a new style design of a "boat stroller", especially a stroller for children to ride, push, slide and play.; [Creative Features];As shown in the attached figure, the main creative feature of the "boat stroller" is that the body has a boat shape and is derived from a cartoon shape. When viewed from the side, the bottom edge of the body has an arc-shaped base, and the rear end of the base is provided with a saddle that is forward and rearward and upward. The base is also provided with a front seat with an arc edge extending downward in front of the saddle, and the front seat has a handle extending obliquely toward the saddle. The handle is decorated with a goose-head-shaped protrusion. When viewed from above, the body base creates a boat shape with a large front and a small rear through the curved edges on both sides. Overall, this creation has a graceful figure and smooth lines, showing the charm of a boat stroller in an interesting way; its overall shape is indeed a novel and unique new style creation, and the three-dimensional effect is extremely individual and stylish.
