【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係覆設在汽車後廂外側面供啟、閉後廂用的鈑件，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後廂蓋的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後廂蓋」之新式樣。本新式樣後廂蓋外觀主要特徵，包括一個由水平方向的水平部及垂直方向的垂直部相交構成一略呈“ㄏ”字形的鈑件主體。俯視時該水平部之平面方向成彎弧形，看起來像元寶形般；該垂直部正面方向成圓角化之倒梯形狀，前視時在其左右上角隅形成一對向外側凸出的突角，約中端部的左右側對稱地配置一對向外側上揚之倒梯形狀的後燈孔，及在兩者之間的中央部包含一個圓形的凹部等。值得一提的是，在該水平部和垂直部之間形成一個狹長、突出的尾脊，該尾脊包含一道沿水平部前緣繞行直達後端側之彎曲的上脊線，另一道略向下彎曲橫越過垂直部上緣之下脊線，且在該雙脊線之間修飾成陡峭之帶狀的斜面並繞行該水平部的外周，及在此帶狀斜面的中央部飾設一個像細縫般的煞車燈孔；又，在該水平部的前緣，沿該上脊線的內側修飾一道向上方凸出之彎曲的凸脊，且其兩端分別向外側方向逐漸變淡、漸平滑等，都是聚集目光焦點所在。;如上述之「汽車用後廂蓋」，展現在該鈑件外部上藉由洗鍊的輪廓造型、稜角稜線格外分明的脊線和摺線、流暢的凹、凸飾面等元素裝飾出一股動感的氣息，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is a sheet metal covering the outer side of the trunk of a car for opening and closing the trunk, and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car to make the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing.
