【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係配置在汽車座艙側面供乘客進出座艙用之門鈑件,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種汽車側門的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後門」之新式樣。本新式樣汽車用後門,外觀主要特徵包括一個上部具有倒梯形狀窗台、下部為複合夾層結構之倒梯形狀的鈑件主體,該鈑件上部沿窗台下方修飾一道凸起橫越全寬度之水平方向的脊線,及下部低點修飾一道向內凹進又凸出之水平方向的摺線,此摺線一端向車尾方向逐漸平滑;該交互凸出及凹入的脊線和摺線,表現在外部鈑件上之特性為一種新的汽車設計哲學,使外表具有非常動感之特異性。整體的造形考究細膩,賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後門」如附圖所示,本體上端約總高度2/5之上端部為一個鏤空略呈”倒梯形”狀的玻璃窗框部;下端約總高度3/5之下端部為一個表面鼓出、略呈”倒梯形”狀之複合夾層結構的鈑件主體,及該鈑件內部形成一個收容部,用以收容該玻璃窗和安裝驅動該玻璃窗的升降機構等。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,該玻璃窗框部之一側包含一個垂直部,自其頂端以一曲率半徑向另一側的窗台角隅逐漸降低,且修飾一個銳角近乎半圓形的端部角隅。該鈑件左右側實質上具有一曲率成彎弧形,其一側形成一逐漸上揚的斜邊啣接在該窗台角隅下方。該鈑件表面上,沿其上端約鈑件高度9/10處修飾一道凸出橫越全寬度之水平方向的脊線,高於該脊線和低於該脊線之上下側成相對凹進,且該脊線在接近於上述窗台角隅的附近,形成一個凹進略呈”梭”形的凹部以構成一個門把手的安裝部。及,沿該鈑件下端約鈑件高度1/10處,修飾一道凹進幾乎涵蓋全寬度之水平方向的摺線,此摺線一端向斜邊方向逐漸平滑變淡;該摺線下方即該鈑件底端又修飾一道交互凸出及凹入的脊線。再從後視圖觀之,該鈑件背面佈滿各種大小、不規則、不同形狀的凹凸肋部等。如上述汽車用後門,整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後門」造形考究細膩,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is a door panel placed on the side of a car cabin for passengers to enter and exit the cabin, and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visually appealing.
