Abstract
本發明有關於一種用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,包含有一固定於地面上之固定座、一設於固定座之固定軸、一可樞轉地設於固定軸之夾座,以及一設於夾座內之活塞組件,當玻璃門在開啟或關閉時,夾座會隨著玻璃門的動作而繞著固定軸樞轉,活塞組件在夾座樞轉的同時會受到固定軸之偏心凸輪的推頂來對夾座內之液壓油進行加壓,藉此,本發明之自動歸位機構只要透過簡單的施工即可完成安裝,並透過活塞組件與液壓油之間所產生的油壓阻力來緩衝開、關門的力道。
Description
本發明與用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構有關,特別是指一種方便施工之自動歸位機構。
一般的鉸鏈在安裝於玻璃門時,由於玻璃門具有一定的重量,所以在使用一段時間之後,鉸鏈的轉軸處會逐漸出現不穩定的狀況,導致玻璃門會開始產生向下偏移的現象,如此一來,玻璃門在開關的過程中很容易碰撞到地面,嚴重時甚至可能會造成破裂的情況。因此,目前的玻璃門大多使用地鉸鏈來提供開門及關門的功能。
然而就地鉸鏈來說,雖然具有低故障率及高承載重量的優點,並且能夠調整開啟角度及自動回歸速度,但是在安裝時需要事先依照地鉸鏈的尺寸在地面開挖一個凹槽,接著將地鉸鏈埋設固定在凹槽內之後,通常必須要再多等待一、兩天才能進行玻璃門的安裝,所以地鉸鏈在安裝上實在相當的麻煩。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其安裝方便,並且能在開、關門的同時提供適當的阻力來緩衝開、關門的力道。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之自動歸位機構包含有一固定座、一固定軸、一夾座,以及一活塞組件。該固定座用以固定於地面上;該固定軸具有一軸桿及一偏心凸輪,該軸桿以其一端連接該固定座,該偏心凸輪固定於該軸桿;該夾座用以夾持固定該玻璃門,並具有一儲油空間及一軸孔,該軸孔連通該儲油空間且供該固定軸穿設,使得該夾座可隨著該玻璃門的開關動作而繞著該固定軸樞轉;該活塞組件設於該夾座之儲油空間內且抵接於該固定軸之偏心凸輪,可於該夾座產生樞轉時受到該固定軸之偏心凸輪的頂抵而作動,用以推擠液壓油來產生開、關門的阻力。藉此,本發明之自動歸位機構只要固定於地面上即可完成安裝,施工相當方便,在使用時又能提供適當的油壓阻力來緩衝開、關門的力道。
在本發明所提供之自動歸位機構中,該固定座具有一固定板、複數調整件,以及一調整板,該固定板具有一容槽,並於其外周面開設出複數調整孔與該容槽連通,各該調整件螺設於一該調整孔內,該調整板設於該固定板之容槽內且與該固定軸連接,藉此,該調整板可受到該等調整件之頂抵而相對該固定板偏轉、前後移動或左右移動,用以調整該玻璃門的偏位,讓該玻璃門能夠確實關閉。
為了詳細說明本發明之結構、特徵及功效所在,茲列舉一較佳實施例並配合下列圖式說明如後。
請參閱第一至四圖,為本發明一較佳實施例所提供之自動歸位機構10,包含有一固定座20、一固定軸30、一夾座40,以及一活塞組件50。
固定座20具有一固定板21、複數調整件22a,22b、一調整板23,以及二端板24,其中,固定板21的中央具有一容槽212,並於容槽212之左、右兩側分別開設二固定孔214,分別用以供一膨脹螺絲25穿設,使得固定板21能藉由該等膨脹螺絲25而固定於地面上,如第一圖所示,此外,固定板21之外周面開設出具有螺紋之複數調整孔216與容槽212連通,用以供該等調整件22a,22b螺設;調整板23設於固定板21之容槽212內,可受該等調整件22之頂抵而相對固定板21偏轉、前後移動或左右移動,而且,調整板23的中央開設有一插孔232;該二端板24分別接合於固定板21之兩端,惟可依實際需要而不設置。
如第三圖所示,固定軸30具有一軸桿32及一設於軸桿32之偏心凸輪34,軸桿32以其底端插設固定於固定座20之調整板23的插孔232內,且軸桿32之頂、底兩端分別安裝有一軸承36。
如第二至四圖所示,夾座40具有一座體41、二封蓋42、二夾條43,以及複數頂抵件44。座體41具有一嵌槽412,用以供玻璃門12嵌設,並可依實際需要於嵌槽412內設置一飾條45,再者,座體41之兩側面分別開設出具有螺紋之複數穿孔414與嵌槽412連通,並可依實際需要分別加裝一飾板46,另外,如第三及四圖所示,座體41的內部具有一儲油空間47,儲油空間47區分為一腔室472、一導油通道474,以及相互間隔之二閥孔476,478,導油通道474連通腔室472,各閥孔476,478連通腔室472及導油通道474,分別供一調整閥48,49設置,如第五圖A所示,而且,座體41自其底面開設一軸孔416,軸孔416連通儲油空間47之腔室472且套設於固定軸30,使得座體41可隨著玻璃門12的開關動作而透過該二軸承36繞著固定軸30樞轉;該二封蓋42分別設於座體41之兩端,用以封閉儲油空間47之腔室472;該二夾條43相對地設於座體41之嵌槽412內且貼抵玻璃門12之一側面;各頂抵件44為螺絲且螺設於座體41之穿孔414內,並頂抵其中一夾條43,使該二夾條43可受該等頂抵件44之作用而夾緊玻璃門12。
活塞組件50容設於夾座40之儲油空間47的腔室472內,使得活塞組件50會隨著夾座40同步作動。活塞組件50具有一活塞52、一固定塊54,以及二彈性件56,58,其中,活塞52具有一長槽孔522供固定軸30之軸桿32穿設,且活塞52之兩端分別具有一油孔524,用以供液壓油通過;固定塊54藉由一插栓542固定於活塞52且抵接於固定軸30之偏心凸輪34,可於夾座40樞轉時受到固定軸30之偏心凸輪34的頂抵而作動;彈性件56之兩端分別頂抵活塞52及夾座40之其中一封蓋42,用以提供復歸的力量,彈性件58穿設於彈性件56內且以其兩端分別頂抵活塞52及夾座40之其中一封蓋42,用以提供復歸的力量與彈性補償的效果,惟彈性件56,58可依據實際需要而設置其中一組即可。
以上為本發明之自動復歸機構10的詳細機構,以下再就本發明之使用過程及特色進行說明。
當推開玻璃門12時,夾座40會隨著玻璃門12以固定軸30之軸桿32為旋轉中心產生樞轉,此時的活塞52會受到固定軸30之偏心凸輪34的推頂而於儲油空間47之腔室472內朝遠離調整閥的48,49方向移動,液壓油便會受到活塞52的擠壓而從活塞52之左端經由活塞52之油孔524流至活塞52之右端,如第五圖A至B所示。
當玻璃門12開始關閉時,活塞52會受到彈性件56的推頂來擠壓液壓油,迫使液壓油流經導油通道474及調整閥48,再由閥孔476流入腔室472且經由活塞52之油孔524而朝活塞52之左端流動,如第五圖C所示。當玻璃門12持續關閉時,活塞52會阻擋住導油通道474之入口,迫使液壓油從閥孔478流經調整閥49,接著再經由導油通道474流入腔室472且經由活塞52之油孔524而朝活塞52之左端流動,如第五圖D所示,直到玻璃門12完全關閉為止。若要調整玻璃門12在不同階段的關門速度,可分別透過調整閥48,49來調整油量的大小。
另一方面,若玻璃門12在關閉時出現偏位的狀況時,除了可以透過前、後四個調整件22a來頂抵調整板23之兩側邊,讓調整板23於容槽212內產生偏轉或前後移動,即可透過固定軸30、活塞組件50,以及夾座40之間的組接關係來修正玻璃門12的旋轉偏位或前後偏位,如第六圖A及B所示,而且亦可透過另外兩個調整件22b來頂抵調整板23之兩端,用以修正玻璃門12的左右偏位,如第六圖C所示。
綜合以上所述可知,本發明之自動歸位機構10在安裝時只要透過複數個膨脹螺絲25的鎖固即可固定於地面上,可以不用進行地面的開挖,施工上相當方便,在使用時又能利用活塞組件50與液壓油之間所提供的油壓阻力來緩衝開、關門的力道,而且,本發明之自動歸位機構10在安裝完成之後可以再針對玻璃門12的位置進行微調,讓玻璃門12能夠確實關閉,藉以達到本發明之目的。

Claims (9)
- 一種用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,包含有:一固定座,用以固定於地面上;一固定軸,具有一軸桿及一設於該軸桿之偏心凸輪,該軸桿以其一端連接該固定座;一夾座,用以夾持固定該玻璃門,並具有一儲油空間及一連通該儲油空間之軸孔,該軸孔供該固定軸穿設,使得該夾座可隨著該玻璃門的開關動作而繞著該固定軸樞轉;以及一活塞組件,設於該夾座之儲油空間內且抵接於該固定軸之偏心凸輪,可於該夾座產生樞轉時受到該固定軸之偏心凸輪的頂抵而作動,用以推擠液壓油來產生開、關門的阻力。
- 如請求項1所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其中該固定座具有一固定板、複數調整件,以及一調整板,該固定板具有一容槽,並於其外周面開設出複數調整孔與該容槽連通,各該調整件可移動地設於一該調整孔內,該調整板設於該固定板之容槽內且與該固定軸連接,可受該等調整件之頂抵而相對該固定板活動。
- 如請求項2所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其中該固定座更具有二端板,該二端板分別接合於該固定板之兩端。
- 如請求項2所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其中該固定板以複數個膨脹螺絲固定在地面上。
- 如請求項1所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其中該夾座具有一座體及二封蓋,該座體具有該軸孔,該二封蓋設於該座體之兩端,用以封閉該儲油空間。
- 如請求項5所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其中該夾座更具有二夾條及複數頂抵件,該座體具有一嵌槽及複數穿孔,該嵌槽用以供該玻璃門嵌設,各該穿孔連通該嵌槽,該二夾條相對地設於該嵌槽內且貼抵該玻璃門,該等頂抵件分別設於該座體之穿孔內且頂抵該二夾條,使該二夾條夾緊該玻璃門。
- 如請求項5所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其中該夾座更具有二飾板,設於該座體之兩相對側。
- 如請求項1所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,更包含有二調整閥,該儲油空間具有一腔室、一導油通道,以及相互間隔之二閥孔,該腔室供該活塞組件容設且與該軸孔連通,該導油通道連通該腔室,各該閥孔連通該腔室及該導油通道,用以供一該調整閥設置。
- 如請求項1所述之用於玻璃門之自動歸位機構,其中該活塞組件具有一活塞、一固定塊,以及至少一彈性件,該活塞具有一長槽孔供該固定軸之軸桿穿設,該固定塊設於該活塞且抵接於該固定軸之偏心凸輪,該彈性件之兩端分別頂抵該活塞及該夾座。
