Abstract

The invention provides a supporting member for fitting into external ear comfortably without falling off, and an earphone provided with such supporting member. An earplug-style earphone 11 includes: a housing 22 with a speaker unit 12 inside, and a supporting member 32 in the housing 22 for preventing the external ear from falling off. The supporting member 32 to fit into the external ear comprises: an installation basis 33 installed inside the housing 22, and an ear-fixing part 38 on the installation basis 33 flexibly contacting the groove between the ear and helix. The invention applies the ear-fixing part 38 to guarantee that the earplug-style earphone 11 stays in the ear.
