Described is a cleaning composition formulated as an aqueous solution containing 1.0% by weight. up to 1.5 wt. of isopropyl alcohol, 2.5 wt. up to 4.5 wt. citric acid monohydrate, 0.5 wt. up to 1.0 wt. of phosphoric acid, 0.3 wt. up to 0.8 wt. phenoxyethanol, 1.0 wt. up to 2.5 wt. of anionic surfactants and 2.5 wt. up to 5.0 wt. soap.
