Claims (1)

Указанный способ позволяет получать 1,2,5-триметилпиперидин-4-он - важнейший полупродукт синтеза лекарственного препарата - Промедола - из сырья и вспомогательных материалов, производимых на территории РФ. Целью настоящего изобретения является создание схемы синтеза 1,2,5-триметилпиперидин-4-она, имеющей надежную сырьевую базу в России. Сущность изобретения заключается в замене ранее использовавшегося в качестве сырья в синтезе Промедола 2-метилгекс-5-ен-3-ин-2-ола (винилацетиленового спирта) на продукты, производимые в большом объеме российскими предприятиями (метилметакрилат, пропилен, AlCl3 и др. ). Заявляемый способ позволяет получить образцы 1,2,5-триметилпиперидин-4-она с приемлемыми выходами. Приведены примеры синтезов.This method allows to obtain 1,2,5-trimethylpiperidin-4-one - the most important intermediate product of the synthesis of the drug - Promedol - from raw materials and auxiliary materials produced in the territory of the Russian Federation. The aim of the present invention is to create a synthesis scheme for 1,2,5-trimethylpiperidin-4-one, which has a reliable raw material base in Russia. The invention consists in the replacement of 2-methylhex-5-ene-3-yn-2-ol (vinyl acetylene alcohol) previously used as a raw material in the synthesis of Promedol with products produced in large volumes by Russian enterprises (methyl methacrylate, propylene, AlCl 3 , etc. .). The inventive method allows to obtain samples of 1,2,5-trimethylpiperidin-4-it with acceptable outputs. Examples of syntheses are given.
