Abstract

Invention belongs to the field of heating and relates to an electrical boiler and flowing water heater. Invention herewith explained solves the technical problem of the construction of a small size electrical heater to use it for floor heating. Device has a plastic оr a bakelite cylindrical housing (1) closed by means of equal spiral covers (2) and (3), wherein are inserted plates to connect earthing (6, 8) and null earthing (7,9) with connections for earthing of a device (10, 12) and zero (11, 13). In the housing (1), there are set three central angular electrodes (26, 27, 28), around which are set six electrodes (38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43) of a cross section of an equally sided traingle and along the internal wall of the housing (1), six electrodes (44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49) of a cross section of an equilateral triangle. On the housing (1), there are fixed three phase connections (67, 68, 69) with connecting nuts (72) for fixing the appropriate conductors. Invention is described in ten different embodiments.
