Abstract
A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO DIZ RESPEITO A UM PROCESSO DE CONVERSÃO DE ENERGIA TÉRMICA DA BIOMASSA EM ENERGIA ELÉCTRICA, EM QUE, APÓS A OBTENÇÃO DE GÁS DE SÍNTESE, SE PROCEDE ÀS SEGUINTES ETAPAS SUCESSIVAS: A) REMOÇÃO DE PARTÍCULAS A MONTANTE DO SISTEMA DE LIMPEZA DO GÁS PERMITINDO UMA CONCENTRAÇÃO NÃO SUPERIOR A 2 G/NM3; B) LAVAGEM DO GÁS DE SÍNTESE PARA ELIMINAR OS ALCATRÕES E O AMONÍACO; C) REMOÇÃO DE ÁGUA DO GÁS DE SÍNTESE ANTES DA SUA INJECÇÃO NO MOTOR; D) ATENUAÇÃO DE FLUTUAÇÕES DE PRESSÃO ANTES DO MOTOR, POR RECURSO A UM RESERVATÓRIO DE ARMAZENAGEM; E) INJECÇÃO DO GÁS OBTIDO NUM SISTEMA DE PRODUÇÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉCTRICA, CONSTITUÍDO POR PELO MENOS UM MOTOR A GÁS ACOPLADO A UM GERADOR ELÉCTRICO. A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO DIZ TAMBÉM RESPEITO UMA INSTALAÇÃO DE PRODUÇÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉCTRICA A PARTIR DE BIOMASSA, PARA A REALIZAÇÃO DO REFERIDO PROCESSO.The present invention relates to a process for the conversion of biomass energy into electrical energy, in which, following the synthesis of gas, the following successive stages are achieved: a) removal of particles in the amount of the gas cleaning system ALLOCATING A CONCENTRATION NOT OVER 2 G / NM3; B) WASHING THE GAS OF SYNTHESIS TO ELIMINATE TARGETS AND AMMONIAC; C) WATER REMOVAL OF THE GAS OF SYNTHESES BEFORE THEIR ENGINE INJECTION; D) ATTENTION OF PRESSURE FLOATINGS BEFORE THE ENGINE, BY RESOURCE TO A STORAGE RESERVOIR; E) INJECTION OF THE GAS OBTAINED IN A SYSTEM OF PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY, CONSTITUTED BY AT LEAST A GAS ENGINE COUPLED TO AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR. The present invention furthermore relates to an installation of electrical energy production from a biomass for the accomplishment of said process.
