Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest aktywna forma do przeciągania włókien która utworzona jest z obudowy (5) i charakteryzuje się tym, że łoże (1), na którym zamocowany jest rdzeń formy (2) poprzez podparcie na łożyskach zabezpieczonych pierścieniami Segera umożliwia translacje względem obudowy (5) w kierunku przeciągania włókna, dodatkowo łoże zabezpieczone jest profilami liniowymi (6) zabezpieczającymi przed działaniem sił bocznych. Ruch ten jest kontrolowany za pomocą sprężyn (8). Ułożyskowanie formy pozwala na dodatkowy ruch obrotowy samego rdzenia formy (2), przy czym obrotowy rdzeń formy (2) wprawiany jest w ruch obrotowy za pomocą silnika elektrycznego z motoreduktorem (12), natomiast układ przeniesienia napędu składa się z koła łańcuchowego (4) zintegrowanego z rdzeniem formy (2), a motoreduktor znajduje się na profilach liniowych (13) natomiast dodatkowa osłona zabezpieczająca (14) znajduje się pod motoreduktorem w miejscu wałka zdawczego i do profilu kompozytowego na podstawie korpusu (1) zamontowano podstawę mocująca grzałki (15) oraz układ grzewczy (11) składający się z czterech grzałek o łącznej mocy 2400 [W].The subject of the application is an active form for drawing fibers, which is made of a housing (5) and is characterized by the fact that the bed (1) on which the mold core (2) is mounted allows translation in relation to the housing (5) by being supported on bearings secured with Seger rings. in the direction of fiber pulling, additionally the bed is protected with linear profiles (6) protecting against lateral forces.
