Abstract

Ładowarka prądu stałego pojazdów elektrycznych składający się z dwóch ładowarek (1.1) z których każda zawiera sześć modułów mocy (2) składających się z obudowy modułu w której umieszczone są elementy modułu w postaci filtrów doprowadzających prąd przemienny do prostowników konwertujących prąd przemienny na prąd stały do izolowanych przetwornic DC/DC oraz zasilacza niskiego napięcia zasilającego układy elektroniczne, a także kontrolera modułów i styczników przekazujących prąd na wyjście z modułu mocy oraz radiatora odprowadzającego ciepło do którego doprowadzane jest powietrze za pomocą wentylatorów osłoniętych matą filtrującą, charakteryzuje się tym, że ładowarki (1.1) są ze sobą połączone poprzez połączenie o mocy do 600 kW składające się z czterech par izolowanych przewodów (12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4) przewodzących prąd o natężeniu do 1000 A i wiązki sygnałowej (13) łączącej ze sobą kontrolery modułów mocy wraz z głównym kontrolerem ładowarki (14) oraz znajdujących się w każdej z ładowarek czterech par szynoprzewodów (15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 15.4) wraz ze stycznikami (16) rozdzielającymi lub łączącymi połączenie pomiędzy drugim i trzecim modułem mocy oraz dodatkowych czterech par styczników (17) przed wyjściami złącza ładowania (18) doprowadzających energię elektryczną do pojazdu elektrycznego.DC charger for electric vehicles consisting of two chargers (1.1) each containing six power modules (2) consisting of a module housing in which module elements in the form of filters supplying alternating current to rectifiers converting alternating current to direct current are placed to isolated DC/DC converters and a low-voltage power supply supplying electronic circuits, as well as a controller of modules and contactors transmitting current to the output of the power module, and a radiator dissipating heat to which air is supplied by means of fans covered with a filter mat, is characterized by the fact that the chargers (1.1) are connected to each other by a connection with a power of up to 600 kW consisting of four pairs of insulated wires (12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4) carrying a current of up to 1000 A and a signal harness (13) connecting the power module controllers with the main controller charger (14) and four pairs of busbars (15.1, 15.2, 15.3, 15.4) located in each charger along with contactors (16) separating or connecting the connection between the second and third power modules and additional four pairs of contactors (17) before the connector outputs charging (18) supplying electricity to the electric vehicle.
