Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do wyznaczania pętli histerezy magnetycznej B-H dla substancji magnetoreologicznych zwłaszcza elastomerów i kompozytów magnetoreologicznych, zawierający obwód magnetyczny, korzystnie zbudowany z jarzma ferrytowego, co najmniej dwie cewki będące źródłem pola magnetycznego, umieszczone szeregowo w obwodzie magnetycznym, korzystnie równolegle do siebie, szczelinę powietrzną w obwodzie magnetycznym, utworzoną pomiędzy cewkami, miernik indukcji magnetycznej, na którym znajduje się sonda pomiarowa wyposażona w czujnik, przekaźnik elektromagnetyczny umożliwiający zmianę kierunku prądu w obwodzie magnetycznym, ewentualnie urządzenie rejestrująco-sterujące, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada ponadto programowalny zasilacz prądu stałego (2) do zasilania układu prądem stałym połączony z przekaźnikiem elektromagnetycznym (3) i ewentualnie z urządzeniem rejestrująco-sterującym (1), który to przekaźnik elektromagnetyczny (3) znajduje się pomiędzy zasilaczem (2), a dwoma cewkami o określonej geometrii (5), w jednym obwodzie zbudowanym z jarzma (4), gdzie cewki (5) stanowiące uzwojenia nawinięte na karkas, zbudowany z tekstolitu, są nałożone na część jarzma (4), zaś w szczelinie powietrznej obwodu magnetycznego znajduje się miejsce na umieszczenie tam równolegle do siebie po przeciwnych stronach głowicy miernika indukcji magnetycznej (6) co najmniej dwóch próbek (8) z materiału substancji magnetoreologicznych w kształcie okrągłych pastylek, na zewnątrz uzwojeń, to jest poza uzwojeniem. Ponadto zgłoszenie obejmuje sposób wyznaczania pętli histerezy magnetycznej B-H dla substancji magnetoreologicznych zwłaszcza elastomerów i kompozytów magnetoreologicznych, realizowany za pomocą powyższego urządzenia.The subject of the application is a system for determining the BH magnetic hysteresis loop for magnetorheological substances, especially elastomers and magnetorheological composites, containing a magnetic circuit, preferably made of a ferrite yoke, at least two coils being the source of a magnetic field, placed in series in the magnetic circuit, preferably parallel to each other, slot air in the magnetic circuit, created between the coils, a magnetic induction meter, on which there is a measuring probe equipped with a sensor, an electromagnetic relay enabling changing the direction of the current in the magnetic circuit, possibly a recording and control device, characterized by the fact that it also has a programmable DC power supply (2) to supply the system with direct current connected to the electromagnetic relay (3) and possibly to the recording and control device (1), which is the electromagnetic relay ( 3) located between the power supply (2) and two coils of specific geometry (5), in one circuit made of a yoke (4), where the coils (5) constituting the coil windings, made of textolite, are superimposed on a part of the yoke (4), and in the air gap of the magnetic circuit there is a place for placing there parallel to each other on opposite sides of the head of the magnetic induction meter (6) at least two samples (8) of magnetoreological substance in the shape of round pellets, outside the windings, then is outside the winding. In addition, the application includes a method for determining the B-H magnetic hysteresis loop for magnetorheological substances, especially elastomers and magnetorheological composites, implemented using the above device.
