Abstract
Anvendelse av forbindelser med formel (R1R2)CHON02/ hvor RI er H, l-4C-alkyl, -CH2-R8 eller -CH2OCH2R8, eller sammen med R2 samt CH-gruppen, som er bundet til RI og R2, en med en OH-gruppe eller en nitryloksygruppe substituert cykloheksyl- eller bicyklo[4.4.0]decylrest eller en i 8-stilling med resten R3-0- substituert 2,6- dioksabicyklo-[3.3.0]okt-4-yl-rest; R2 er rettkjedet eller forgrenet l-12C-alkyl substituert NH2/ R3, R3-0, R4, R4-0, R4-S, R4-NH, R4-CO-0, R4-CO-NH, R5 eller R6, eller er substituert med R3 og R5, eller med R4-0 og R5, eller R4.og R5, eller R2 er 2-7C-alkyl som ev. er substituert med R3, eller betyr R3 eller 3-7C-cykloalk- yl som ev. er substituert med R4 og R5, eller betyr en dibenzo-5-7C-cykloalkanylrest, eller sammen med RI samt CH-gruppen, er bundet til RI og R2, en med en nitryl- oksygruppe substituert cykloheksyl- eller bicyklo[4.4.- 0]decylrest eller en i B-stilling med resten R3-0- substituert 2,6-dioksabicyklo[3.3.0]okt-4-yl-rest; R3 er en med R7 og R8 substituert metylrest [CH(R7)R8]; R4 er fenyl, l-4C-alkyl, 3-7C-cykloalkyl, fenyl substi- tuert med en, to eller tre like eller forskjellige substituenter fra gruppen l-4C-alkyl, l-4C-alkoksy, nitro, halo, nitryloksy-l-4C-alkyl, hydroksy og karb- oksy, naftyl eller tienyl som ev. er substituert med halo; R5 betyr nitryloksy-l-4C-alkyl, hydroksy-l-4C- alkyl eller nitryloksy; R6 betyr nitryloksy-l-4C-alkyl- tetrametylfenyl, dibenzo-5-7C-cykloalkanyl, dibenzo- cykloheptenyl, ev. med halo substituert tioxantenyl ev. i benzodelen med nitro substituert benzo-5-7C-cyklo- alkanyl eller benzyloksy; R7 betyr fenyl, fenyl substi- tuert med en eller to l-4C-alkyl, l-4C-alkoksy, nitro og halo, pyridyl eller tienyl ev. substituert med halo; og R8 er fenyl ev. substituert med l-4C-alkyl, 1-4C- alkoksy, nitro eller halo, og deres farmakologisk akseptable salter for fremstilling av legemidler for behandling av sykelig øket trykk i det indre øye.Use of compounds of formula (R1R2) CHONO2 / wherein R1 is H, 1-4C-alkyl, -CH2 -R8 or -CH2OCH2R8, or together with R2 and the CH group bonded to R1 and R2, one having an OH -group or a nitryloxy group substituted cyclohexyl or bicyclo [4.4.0] decyl residue or an 8-position with the residue R3-0- substituted 2,6-dioxabicyclo- [3.3.0] oct-4-yl residue; R 2 is straight-chain or branched 1- 12C-alkyl substituted NH 2 / R 3, R 3 -O, R 4, R 4 -O, R 4 -S, R 4 -NH, R 4 -CO-0, R 4 -CO-NH, R 5 or R 6, or is substituted with R3 and R5, or with R4-0 and R5, or R4 and R5, or R2 is 2-7C-alkyl as optionally is substituted with R 3, or means R 3 or 3-7C-cycloalkyl as optionally is substituted with R4 and R5, or represents a dibenzo-5-7C-cycloalkanyl residue, or together with RI and the CH group, is bonded to RI and R2, a cyclohexyl or bicyclo substituted with a nitryl oxy group [4.4.-O ] decyl residue or a B-position with the residue R 3 -O-substituted 2,6-dioxabicyclo [3.3.0] oct-4-yl residue; R3 is a methyl radical substituted with R7 and R8 [CH (R7) R8]; R 4 is phenyl, 1-4C-alkyl, 3-7C-cycloalkyl, phenyl substituted with one, two or three equal or different substituents from the group 1-4C-alkyl, 1-4C-alkoxy, nitro, halo, nitryloxy 1-4C-alkyl, hydroxy and carboxy, naphthyl or thienyl, as the case may be. is substituted with halo; R5 is nitryloxy-1-4C-alkyl, hydroxy-1-4C-alkyl or nitryloxy; R6 means nitryloxy-1-4C-alkyl-tetramethylphenyl, dibenzo-5-7C-cycloalkanyl, dibenzo-cycloheptenyl, and the like. with halo substituted thioxanthenyl ev. in the benzo moiety with nitro-substituted benzo-5-7C-cycloalkanyl or benzyloxy; R7 means phenyl, phenyl substituted with one or two 1-4C-alkyl, 1-4C-alkoxy, nitro and halo, pyridyl or thienyl or the like. substituted with halo; and R8 is phenyl, ev. substituted with 1-4C-alkyl, 1-4C-alkoxy, nitro or halo, and their pharmacologically acceptable salts for the manufacture of drugs for the treatment of morbidly increased pressure in the inner eye.
