THE TOGGLE LINKS (29, 34, 35) COMPRISE: A FIRST LINK (29) CONFIGURED TO BE ROTATABLE; A SECOND LINK (34) HAVING ONE END CONNECTED TO THE FIRST LINK (29), ROTATABLE BY A DISCHARGING ELASTIC ENERGY OF A CLOSING SPRING (25), AND HAVING ONE PAIR OF EXTENSION PORTIONS (55) EXTENDED TOWARDS THE FIRST LINK (29) SO AS TO PREVENT INTERFERENCE WITH THE FIRST LINK (29) BY INTERPOSING THE FIRST LINK (29) THEREBETWEEN; AND A THIRD LINK (35) HAVING ONE END CONNECTED TO THE SECOND LINK (34), AND ROTATED TOGETHER WITH THE SECOND LINK (34), FOR MOVING THE MOVABLE CONTACTOR (38) TO THE CLOSING POSITION.
