34 LIQUID FUEL SYNTHESIZING SYSTEM ABSTRACT THE LIQUID FUEL SYNTHESIZING SYSTEM I INCLUDES A REFORMER 12 THAT REFORMS A 5 HYDROCARBON RAW MATERIAL TO PRODUCE SYNTHESIS GAS INCLUDING CARBON MONOXIDE GAS AND HYDROGEN GAS AS MAIN COMPONENTS, A WASTE HEAT BOILER 14 THAT RECOVERS THE WASTE HEAT FROM THE SYNTHESIS GAS SUPPLIED FROM THE REFORMER 12, A BUBBLE COLUMN REACTOR 3 0 WHICH MAKES SYNTHESIS GAS REACT SO AS TO PERFORM A SYNTHESIS REACTION OF LIQUID FUELS, A HEAT TRANSFER PIPE 32 THAT IS PROVIDED IN THE BUBBLE COLUMN REACTOR 30 TO RECOVER THE REACTION 10 HEAT OF THE SYNTHESIS REACTION OF THE LIQUID FUELS, AND HEAT TREATMENT APPARATUSES 24, 40 AND 70 THAT PERFORM PREDETERMINED HEAT TREATMENT USING STEARN GENERATED FROM THE WASTE HEAT BOILER 14 OR THE HEAT TRANSFER PIPE 32.
