Description

EXHIBIT AND ARTICLES DISTRIBUTOR FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an exhibitor and distributor of articles in the form of a package that is applied in particular to store adhesive bandages.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The exhibition and distribution packages for storing articles, such as those mentioned above, usually consist of a parallelepiped box of small height with the upper wall defined by one of the two larger faces, with the anterior, posterior and posterior walls. laterally interconnected by corresponding bending lines defining the respective lateral edges of said package, and with the lower wall defined by the other larger face of said box and which is formed by overlapping and fixing the posterior flanges which are interconnected through lines of fold to the corresponding side, front and back walls. Although widely used, this display / distribution package of known construction has the disadvantage of having access to its interior limited by a small distribution window only which is usually found in an end portion of one of the side walls that does not allows simultaneous access to all stored items, practically forcing the user to take one item at a time and also does not facilitate the exposure of the item to the consumer.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION For this reason, a general objective of the present invention is to provide an exhibitor and distributor of articles for storing various items, such as simple, inexpensive adhesive, construction and assembly dressings, and allowing articles to be marketed individually or in a greater amount. Another objective of this invention is to provide an exhibitor and distributor of articles, as already mentioned, that in the condition of marketing the articles in a greater quantity, presents an exhibition surface to advertise the item for sale. The objects mentioned above are carried out thanks to the merchandiser and distributor of articles in the form of a package made from a sheet material that is folded in an appropriate manner along fold lines in order to define a box parallelepiped, comprising, when the box is in a horizontal position, a larger upper wall that is hinged through a posterior fold line that defines the upper posterior edge of the box, to a smaller posterior wall and, through of a previous fold line defining the anterior top edge of the box, to a retaining tab, said larger top wall having a front portion and a rear portion that are separated by an intermediate fold line, said retaining flange settle against the inner face of the anterior wall, when the larger upper wall is in a closed position and against the inner face After the smaller rear wall when the larger upper wall is brought to an open position, folded into the intermediate fold line, said box also has, for use in a suspended vertical condition, a distribution window defined by a respective portion which can be disassembled from a side wall and a suspension flange which has a fixing means and occupies a position projecting in an upward vertical direction from the subsequent bending line through which it remains uninfested to the box.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 illustrates a plan view of the merchandiser and distributor of articles of the present invention; Figure 2 is a perspective view of the article display and dispenser of the previous figure when it is in the horizontal operating position; and Figure 3 is a perspective view of the article merchandiser and dispenser of Figure 1, when in the suspended operation position.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATED MODALITY In accordance with the aforementioned figures, the merchandiser and distributor of articles is in the form of a package made from sheet material or the like, which adequately has fold lines, is cut, measured and folded in order to define a parallelepiped box having a larger upper wall 10, a smaller rear end wall 20, a smaller anterior end wall 30, two opposite side walls 40 and a lower wall 50. In the illustrated operating condition in figure 2, the box is placed in the horizontal position on a shelf or other supporting surface in a commercial place, with the larger upper wall 10 defining the package lid when the latter is used to sell the articles in a packed condition, thus showing all the contents of the box to the consumers or the retailer.
As can be seen, the larger top wall 10 has the leading and trailing edges defined by an anterior fold line 11 and a back fold line 12 incorporating said larger top wall 10 to a retaining flange 13 and to the rear end wall. smallest 20, respectively. Being in the closed position of the box, illustrated in Figure 3, the retaining flange 13 fits between the inner face of the smaller front end wall 30 and the leading edge of a pair of inner side flanges 41 which are incorporated through respective fold lines 42, defining the front side edges of the box, to the upper edge of the opposite side walls 40. The larger top wall 10 has a front portion and a rear portion defined by an intermediate fold line 14. which preferably has an interrupted intermediate region whose ends coincide with the ends of the lateral legs of a U-shaped cut 15, which has the base leg turned towards the rear bending line 12 of the larger upper wall 10 As can be seen in the figures, the cut 15 has the lateral and basic legs defined by respective weakened lines, which can be broken with fa When the user applies pressure on them with the fingers, in order to detach said cut 15 from the rear portion of the larger top wall 10, said back portion remains connected in a manner coplanar to the upper portion of the upper wall. big 10 With this preferred construction, when it is desired to market the articles allowing simultaneous access to the entire contents of the box, the latter has the cut 15 broken and the top wall 10 is open and folded over the back fold line 12 and the line of intermediate fold 14, as illustrated in Figure 2, so that the retaining flange 13 can seat against the inner face of the smaller rear wall 20 and preferably fit into a small ear 21 that emerges from the rear wall smaller 20, keeping the larger upper wall 10 folded around the intermediate fold line 14, projected in the upward direction and coplanarly incorporating the cut 15 extending upwardly beyond the intermediate fold line 14. In this condition of use illustrated in Figure 2, the side flanges 41 are bent outward in order to completely release the access to the At the top of the box, the anterior portion of the larger upper wall usually has advertising messages alluding to the item being marketed. In this situation, the cut 15 forms an additional outgoing surface to carry useful information, such as the price of the product or any other message to the consumer. In the other embodiment illustrated in Figure 3, the box is placed in the vertical position, where the larger upper wall 10 defines the front face of the box and remains closed, in which case the cut 15 does not come off.
In the illustrated embodiment, the lower wall 50 is formed by overlapping and fixing, through mutual adjustment, four rear flanges 25, 35, 45, which are respectively incorporated by fold lines 25a, 35a, 45a and 45a, to the rear wall smaller 20 and the smaller front wall 30 and the side walls 40, the rear flange 25 connected to the smaller rear wall 20 incorporating a suspension flange 26 having a fixing means 27 in the shape of an orifice ( as illustrated) or a weakened line, a region with adhesive, a ring or a ring, and having one of its sides defined by the fold line 25a of this posterior flange 25 and with the remainder of the contour connected to the latter by a weakened line 28 that the user can easily break, so that the suspension flange 26 can be articulated around the respective fold line 25a until it occupies the position illustrated in Figure 3, coplanar to the lower wall 50, but projecting in an upward direction from the box, in order to have the fixing means 27 applied to any suspension hook. In order that the adhesive bandages or any other article stored in this way can be removed from the box, one of the side walls 40 has a distribution window 48 which is in position adjacent to the opposite edge of the bottom wall and which is incorporated into the lateral wall 40 by a weakened line surrounding it 48a that the user breaks easily. This distribution window 48 allows articles to be taken individually from the interior of the box that remains closed.
In order to facilitate the action of taking the articles in this manner of using the exhibitor and distributor of articles herein, the dispensing window 48 can also extend into the larger upper wall 10 and the lower wall 50, also breaking the respective cuts 19 and 49 that are in the larger top wall 10 and in the side flange 41 and the rear flange 45, which are connected to said side wall 40.
