Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una proteína de andamiaje a base de fibronectina (FBS) aislada que comprende un dominio de 10Fn3, caracterizada porque: (i) el aminoácido del dominio de 10Fn3 que está ubicada en la posición 84 del dominio de 10 Fn3 tipo silvestre establecido en la SEQ ID NO: 1 esta directamente enlazada a una porción que consiste en la secuencia de aminoácidos PmXn, en donde P es prolina, X es cualquier aminoácido, m es un número entero que es al menos 1 y n es 0 o un número entero que es al menos 1; y (ii) la porción de PmXn proporciona una propiedad mejorada a la proteína de FBS con relación a la proteína de FBS que no está enlazada a la porción de PmXn.
