Abstract
Lo que se describe es un proceso para producir moldes, núcleos de fundición y materiales base de moldes regenerados a partir de los mismos, una mezcla para la combinación con una solución o dispersión que comprende silicato de sodio o potasio para producir moldes y/o núcleos de fundición, una mezcla de material de moldeo, una mezcla de material base de molde y un molde o un núcleo de fundición. Se describe también el uso correspondiente de una cantidad de silicatos laminados particulados que tienen un d90 de menos de 45 µm o una mezcla correspondiente como aditivo para la producción de una mezcla de material de moldeo que comprende silicato de sodio o potasio y partículas de dióxido de silicio amorfo, la cual es curada por la reacción química de los constituyentes de la mezcla de material de moldeo entre sí, en la producción de un molde o un núcleo de fundición, para facilitar la ruptura y/o incrementar la capacidad de regeneración del molde o núcleo de fundición.
