In open drawers in the upper part a variety of products are transported. The pinolas are three-dimensional objects that are found on the floor and are shaped so that the bottles are held or fixed by the limiting surfaces of the pine needles, so that the bottles in the drawer are effectively prevented from falling. In some embodiments vertical pine needles only have a low height so that they can also be referred to as pine needles. The height and the external shape of some pine needles were defined in such a way that they together with the first side wall prevent the bottles from falling through the side opening. However, in order to guarantee extraction, in several of the examples of embodiment the pine needles at their highest point are not higher than the first side wall. In some embodiments, the external limiting surfaces of the pine needles are of variable height to adapt them as best as possible to the function to be fulfilled. In order to make it possible to dump the bottles toward the first side wall and still ensure good stability, the pine needles have a lower height in a direction parallel to the side wall than in the direction towards the first side wall, so that it is possible to dump the bottles parallel to the first side wall, while it is difficult to dump in a direction perpendicular to it and the bottles are held securely.

In FIG. 1, an exemplary embodiment according to the invention of a beverage drawer 10 is shown. The floor 12 was not shaped flat in a continuous manner in the embodiment shown, but is composed of a structure in the form of a grid. As can be seen in the view of the drawer of figure 3 below, the floor 12 is formed by a plurality of ribs or crosspieces. These were arranged sufficiently together, so that the goods to be transported, ie, for example, a bottle, can not fall through the floor of the drawer or overturn uncontrollably, when the edge of a bottle falls into one of the gaps between the nerves.
The drawer also has two pairs of facing side walls in each case 14a, 14b and 16a, 16b extending from the floor 12 upwards, that is, in vertical direction 18. A first of the four side walls, in this example the side wall 16b, only extends vertically 18 at a reduced extraction height 20.
The extraction height 20 is smaller than the height of the other side walls 14a, 14b and 16a, so that a lateral opening is formed that allows access to or removal of bottles or products contained and transported in the drawer through the opening side. Above the first side wall 16b there is no other structure of the drawer. On the 12th floor of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of pine needles were also arranged, of which pinola 22a and pinola 22b are highlighted as an example. The lateral opening for extracting the products is therefore generated because the first side wall 16b has a lower height than the adjacent ones or the other side walls. The sides are any directions that delimit the drawer in the directions parallel to the surface of the floor 12.
By means of the first side wall 16b an opening is defined or formed, which allows an access to the extraction of the bottles transported in the drawer. In other embodiments, of course, other products can be transported in the drawer. In the drawer of figure 1, the so-called sixpacks can also be transported, that is, the pre-packaged sets of six bottles.
In alternative embodiments that are not shown here, the side wall does not have the low extraction height 20 in its total length, but fixed lateral wall sections in the side opening extend from the adjacent side walls 14a and 14b, while the lateral opening still conserves the size to guarantee an extraction of the products or of the bottles. Such drawers can have greater stability.
The embodiment of a drawer 10 shown in figure 1 furthermore shows a moving area of the side wall 23 which was rotatably accommodated with respect to a first side wall 16b by the hinges 24a to 24c. The moving area of the side wall 23 was shown in a folded position in figure 1, where it is folded downwardly with respect to the first side wall 16b. In the upwardly bent position illustrated below by some other embodiments of the invention, the moving area of the side wall 23 extends vertically upwards. In that way, the security can be further increased in the sense that the bottles in the drawer 10 do not tip out. In addition, the mobile area can be used to present product or similar information.
The side walls 14a and 14b delimiting the first side wall 16b each have a gripping opening 28a and 28b, with which the drawer can be lifted and carried. There, the gripping openings have a first opening area extending parallel to the floor, as well as a second opening area extending essentially vertically, the function of which is explained below in still greater detail by means of FIG. 3.
In addition, the side walls 14a and 14b delimiting the first side wall 16b have beveled areas of edges 30a and 30b at their end facing the first side wall, through which light can enter the drawers, even when they are stacked In the embodiment shown in figure 1, therefore the ends of the side walls 14a and 14b delimiting against the first side wall 16b have a lower height than at their opposite end. It is understood that, although in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1 the cut-out part of the side wall is essentially triangular, any other shapes of recesses can also be used for alternative embodiments. In some embodiments, the height of the side walls 14a and 14b delimiting against the first side wall 16b grows continuously up to the maximum height. In alternative embodiments, the height increase can of course also be carried out step by step or in succession.
The drawer shown in Figure 1 is stackable, that is, the contours of the upper ends of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a were shaped in such a way that when stacked they fit into the contour or the floor structure from another drawer (see, for example Fig. 3), so that the drawers can be stacked. Despite this, the lateral opening defined by the first side wall 16b allows bottles or bottle assemblies to be extracted as sixpacks from the inside of the drawer, even when they are stacked.
In some exemplary embodiments of the invention, the surfaces of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a facing inwards, were formed in a light color, so that by entering light through the openings 30a and 30b, the bottles inside the drawer are well visible to the observer who looks from the outside. The embodiment of the invention shown in FIG. 1 also has at least one of the side walls (in the case shown here the side wall 14b) a plurality of ribs 32a to 32d that extend in the direction vertical and protrude from a side surface towards the interior, which prevent the bottles, which are held inside the box of the pine needles, from contacting their full lateral surface with the side wall and fouling it in large areas. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the ribs 32a to 32d in each case were arranged in such a way that the bottles with their outermost radius contact the positions of the ribs 32a to 32d against the external wall. Thus, large areas of the internal surfaces of the side walls can be prevented from being contaminated, since this is only the case for the ribs.

The sixpacks 40a, 40b and 40c contain in each case six individual bottles that were not represented for reasons of clarity.
The sixpacks here are held in addition to the pinolas, which are inserted from below in the sixpacks open for this purpose, by the ribs 40a and 40b which, as represented in figure 1, were arranged on the 12th floor of the drawer 10.
As can be seen in the view of figure 3, which shows two drawers 10 and 10a in stacked condition, also being stacked, the products or the bottles can be extracted from the drawer 10 below. This of course also applies to sixpacks 40a, 40b and 40c, when these are transported or presented as an alternative to individual bottles. It is understood that in other embodiments of the drawer 10, the arrangement of the pine needles may have been defined differently. For example, in some of the embodiments, the ribs can be completely dispensed with and only pine needles can be used instead. As can be seen in figure 3, due to the stackability of the drawers and the possibility of lateral extraction that is created by the first side wall 16b, it is now possible to offer different products on sale in a column of stacked drawers. The side wall 16b prevents, in conjunction with the pine needles, that during transport the bottles can fall out of the drawer 10, so that the side wall 16b has been dimensioned in such a way that a dump with fall outside the drawer is prevented during transport. In spite of this, it is sufficiently low to allow the extraction of the bottles forward of the drawer, even when another drawer 10a is located on the drawer 10. For this, according to some embodiments, first the bottles can be lifted slightly and then they can be extracted by dumping them forward.

In Figure 3 a further property of some embodiments of the present invention is clearly shown, namely the special conformation of the gripping openings 28a and 28b. The grip opening is arched and extends horizontally as well as vertically. In other words, the grip opening 28a has a first opening area 50a that extends parallel to the floor 12 and a second opening area 50b that tapers essentially vertically 18. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the vertical opening area is on the side assigned to the first side wall 16b and on the external contour (ie, on the contour facing the first side wall) continues with a large radius in the horizontal area of the opening 50a. Therefore, the embodiment of FIG. 5 differs in principle from the arrangement of the pine needles of the embodiment of FIG. 1 as well as by the thickness of the side walls 14a, 14b and 16a, which was modified so that with the same external volume, the drawer can hold the bottles arranged inside it. The first side surface area 75 is lower than the second side surface area 76, to allow the bottles to be overturned forward without the need to raise the bottle so much that it may already meet the floor of another drawer that is stacked on the drawer in question.
The second limiting surface area 76 instead prevents a dump in the direction parallel to the first side wall 16b and therefore may be higher, to increase the stability. In general, both pinolas 54a and 54b as well as pinola 54c produce maximum stability while simultaneously allowing the forward dump, presenting the pine needles parallel to the side wall a height less than in the vertical direction with respect to the wall side.

Although the above explanations were mostly concerned with beverage boxes, other embodiments of the present invention can of course also be used for other types of products. For example, beverage cans can be transported as well as any other cylindrical objects, such as for example fixed in hair spray, deodorant containers or the like with the drawers according to the invention. In addition, the drawers with a side opening are also suitable for a totally different type of product which may also differ from the basic cylindrical shape. The drawers can be used universally for any product, since they allow the products to be extracted laterally from the drawer although they are stacked. Claims (29)

1. - Drawer, with: a floor, at least two pairs of side walls faced in each case, where a first of the side walls from the floor extends upwards in a vertical direction at least in part only equivalent to an extraction height , which is less than the height of one or more of the other side walls, to define a lateral opening with a measure, which allows an access to and extraction of the products contained in the drawer by the lateral opening; and a blocking element, which extends between the two facing side walls which are adjacent to the first side wall, and which can be moved between a first position and a second position, where the blocking element was disposed in the first position between the facing side walls and distanced from the first side wall, and where the blocking element was arranged in the second position in superposition with the first side wall and in which the blocking element comprises an arch, which extends between the facing side walls and two crosspieces arranged at the opposite ends of the arch, where one end of the crosspiece that is spaced from the arch was rotatably arranged in the corresponding side wall.
2. - Drawer according to claim 1, wherein the opposite side walls and the first side wall include recesses for receiving the arch and the crosspieces.
3. - Drawer according to claim 2, wherein the recesses are such that the cross members and the arch in the first or second position of the blocking element are at the same level as the surface of the facing side walls oriented towards the first side wall or that an outer surface of one of the side walls.
4. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 3, with an interlocking mechanism that acts together with the blocking element to keep the locking element securely in the first or in the second position.
5. - Drawer according to claim 4, wherein the cross members and / or the arch of the blocking element are shaped to be inserted with sections of the facing side walls and / or the first side wall.
6. - Drawer according to claim 5, in which the crosspieces and / or the arch of the blocking element include one or more latching elements for acting together with corresponding receiving sections of elements for fitting the side walls.
7. - Drawer according to one of the claims 1 to 6, wherein the blocking element in the second position was arranged at a distance from the floor which is approximately one third, half or two thirds of the height of the side walls confronted
8. - Drawer according to one of the claims 1 to 7, wherein the blocking element is shaped to arrange it in another position spaced from the first side wall.
9. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 8, in which the crosspieces of the locking element are formed in a telescopic manner to arrange the locking element at choice in the second position or in another position.
10. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first side wall comprises one or two sections of the side wall that extend from one of the adjacent side walls in the direction of the side opening and have a height that It is greater than the extraction height.
11. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 10, with a first pair of short side walls and with a second pair of long side walls.
12. - Drawer according to claim 11, wherein the first side wall is one of the long side walls.
13. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 12, further having a mobile area of the side wall that extends upwards in the vertical direction in the first side wall that can be moved in the direction of the floor with respect to the first side wall.
14. - Drawer according to claim 13, wherein the mobile area of the side wall is disposed foldably with respect to a first fixed side wall delimiting the floor.
15. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the side walls delimiting the first side wall each have a gripping opening for lifting the drawer, where a gripping opening has in each case a first opening area extending parallel to the floor and a second area located on the side of the gripping opening facing the first side wall, the opening area extending essentially vertically.
16. - Drawer according to claim 15, in which the opening areas are unified on the side opposite the floor in a transition area by means of a curvature that allow the drawer to be grasped also in the transition area.
17. - Drawer according to claim 16, wherein the radius of curvature is greater than 2 cm.
18. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the floor presents in an area delimiting with the first side wall a support surface for the products to be transported that is greater than a support surface transmitted throughout the floor.
19. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 18, wherein the side walls delimiting the first side wall, at its end delimiting the first side wall has a first lower height than a second height at its opposite end .
20. - Drawer according to claim 19, wherein the height of the side walls delimiting the first side wall increase continuously from the first height to the second height.
21. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 20, wherein the other side walls that do not correspond to the first side wall, were arranged movable with respect to the floor in such a way that they can be folded in the direction of the floor being already refuted in a state, in which they are essentially parallel to the floor.
22. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 21, in which a plurality of pine needles are arranged on the floor of the drawer, which are shaped in such a way that they can hold the bottles arranged in the drawer.
23. - Drawer according to claim 22, wherein the height of the pine needles in the vertical direction does not exceed the extraction height of the first side wall.
24. - Drawer according to one of claims 22 or 23, wherein the pine needles have an external limiting surface that extends vertically from the floor upwards, whose height varies along the outer perimeter of the pine tree.
25. - Drawer according to claim 24, wherein at least one pine tree has a surface area that limits the pine tree in a direction parallel to the first side wall of a height less than a second surface area delimiting the pine tree in the direction towards the first side wall.
26. - Drawer according to one of claims 22 to 25, wherein the limiting surface of the pinewood has a transverse section that is essentially rhomboidal, in which one of the tips of the rhombus indicates in the direction of the first side wall, parallel to the floor. .
27. - Drawer according to claim 26, wherein the external limiting surface of the pinola is arcuate in an inwardly concave shape between the tips of the rhomboidal cross section.
28. - Drawer according to claim 27, wherein the radius of the arcs corresponds approximately to the radius of a bottle body to be held inside the drawer.
29. - Drawer according to one of claims 1 to 28, wherein the first side wall is detachably attached to the floor.
