Abstract

Se proporciona un metodo para purificar un macrolido, en donde se coloca una carga de macrolido en yuxtaposicion con un lecho de resina de sorcion humeda, la carga y el lecho se eluyen a una temperatura superior a 30 degree C con un eluyente de un solvente organico seleccionado del grupo formado por THF, acetonitrilo, alcohol n-propilico, alcohol iso-propilico, alcohol etilico y acetona, se recoge el corte central del eluyente y se recoge el macrolido purificado.
