Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria farmaceutică, în particular la o compoziţie farmaceutică nouă menită pentru prepararea prafurilor şi comprimatelor efervescente care conţine ibuprofen sau una din sărurile sale farmaceutic acceptabile în calitate de titru de ingredient activ.Compoziţia farmaceutică conţine o cantitate eficientă de ibuprofen sau de una din sărurile sale farmaceutic acceptabile ca titru de ingredient activ, un sistem efervescent farmaceutic acceptabil, care include cel puţin un carbonat alcalin şi cel puţin un acid organic, preferenţial în cantitate suficientă pentru obţinerea unui pH mai mic de aproximativ 8. Compoziţia mai conţine cel puţin un agent antioxidant farmaceutic acceptabil într-o cantitate suficientă pentru stabilizarea ibuprofenului.Preparatul farmaceutic conţine compoziţia farmaceutică, asociată cu cel puţin un aditiv uzual ales dintre edulcorante, aromatizanţi, coloranţi şi lubrifianţi.Procedeul pentru fabricarea unui preparat farmaceutic în formă de praf sau de comprimat efervescent cu ibuprofen stabilizat constă în aceea că ibuprofenul sau una din sărurile sale farmaceutic acceptabile sunt tratate cu un antioxidant farmaceutic acceptabil în formă de soluţie sau emulsie preferenţial prin metoda pulverizării; se amestecă în prealabil constituentele care formează sistemul efervescent, de preferinţă în formă de granule; se amestecă în prealabil celelalte constituente ale formei farmaceutice, de preferinţă în formă de praf, apoi se amestecă produsele obţinute în etapele precedente.Rezultatul tehnic constă în ameliorarea stabilităţii ibuprofenului sau a uneia din sărurile lui farmaceutic acceptabile datorită tratării lui prealabile cu antioxidant.
