Abstract
감쇠력 조정식 유압 완충기에 있어서, 감쇠력 특성의 설정 자유도를 높인다. 실린더(2)에 피스톤 로드(6)을 연결한 피스톤(5)를 끼워 만들고, 역지 밸브(16)를 통해 저장기(4)에 접속한다. 실린더 상ㆍ하측실(2a, 2b)사이를 오일로(11)에 의해 연통시키고, 오일로(11)에 디스크 밸브(12)를 설치한다. 실린더 상측실(2a)과 저장기(4)를 감쇠력 조정 기구(17)를 통해 연통시킨다. 피스톤 로드(6)의 신축 행정(行程)시와 함께 오일이 실린더 상측실(2a)로부터 감쇠력 조정 기구(17)를 통해 저장기(4)로 흐르고, 감쇠력 조정기구(17)에 의해 감쇠력이 발생한다. 수축 행정시에는 오일이 오일로(11)를 통해 실린더 하측실(2b)로부터 실린더 상측실(2a)로 흐르며, 디스크 밸브(12)에 의해서도 감쇠력이 발생한다. 디스크 밸브(12)의 특성에 의해서 수축측의 감쇠력 특성이 변화하기 때문에, 감쇠력 특성의 설정 자유도를 높일 수 있다.In the damping force control type hydraulic shock absorber, the degree of freedom in setting the damping force characteristic is increased.
