Abstract

본 발명에 따른 코팅 컬러는, 28-51중량%의 물과, 특정 입자분포, 0.18-0.28㎛의 평균 통계 입자직경(D50), 19-26㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 43-64중량%의 카보네이트 함유 안료와, 6-8중량%의 종래의 상업적으로 유용한 결합제와 첨가제를 포함한다. 코팅 컬러는 교반 볼 밑을 사용하여 30-20중량%의 솔리드량에서 분산 또는 습윤제를 첨가하지 않고 카보네이트 함유 안료를 습식밀링하고, 연속하여 농축, 재분산시키고, 결합제, 물, 첨가제를 첨가하여 제조한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 물과, 카보네이트 함유 안료, 보다 상세하게는 CaCO3, 안료와, 통상적인 결합제와 첨가제를 포함하는 코팅 컬러에 있어서, 상기 코팅 컬러는, 28-51중량%의 물과, 43-64중량%의 카보네이트 함유 안료, 및 6-8중량%의 종래의 상업적으로 유용한 결합제와 첨가제를 포함하며, 여기서 카보네이트 함유 안료는, 100%<2㎛, 94-100%<1㎛, 75-94%<0.5㎛, 31-59%<0.2㎛의 입자크기분포, 0.18-0.28㎛의 평균 통계 입자직경(D50), 19-26㎡/g의 비표면적(BET에 의해 결정되고;N2;DIN66,131)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 컬러는, 29-49중량%의 물과, 45-63중량%의 카보네이트 함유 안료와, 6-8%의 종래 결합제와 첨가제를 포함하며, 보다 상세하게는 31-48중량%의 물과, 45-62중량%의 카보네이트 함유 안료와, 7중량%의 종래 결합제와 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 함유 안료는, 100%<2㎛, 95-99%<1㎛, 80-91%<0.5㎛, 35-51%<0.2㎛, 바람직하게는 38-51%<0.2㎛의 입자크기 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 함유 안료는, 100%<2㎛, 96-98%<1㎛, 77-89%<0.5㎛, 40-70%<0.2㎛의 입자크기 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 함유 안료의 평균 통계 입자직경(D50)은 0.20-0.28㎛이며, 보다 바람직하게는 0.22-0.27㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 함유 안료의 비표면적은 20 내지 25㎡/g이며, 보다 바람직하게는 21 내지 24㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러.
  7. a) 재순환하는 교반 볼 밑을 사용하여 솔리드 농도 30-20중량%, 바람직하게는 26-21중량%에서 분산 또는 습윤제를 첨가하지 않고, 100%<2㎛, 94-100%<1㎛, 75-94%<0.5㎛, 및 31-59%<0.2㎛의 업자의 최종미세도, 0.18-0.28㎛의 평균 통계 입자직경(D50), 19-26㎡/g의 비표면적이 달성될 때까지 카보네이트 함유안료를 습식 밀링하는 단계와, b) 이러한 방법으로 제조된 상기 카보네이트 함유 안료 서스펜션을 솔리드량 63-65중량%로 농축시키고, 상업적으로 유용한 종래 분산제를 사용하여 공지된 방법으로 재분산시키는 단계와, c) 결과적으로, 청구항 1항에 명시된 인자와 일치하는 종래 기술에서 공통적으로 사용되는 상업적으로 유용한 결합제와 물과 상업적으로 유용한 첨가제를 혼합하여 코팅 컬러를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 컬러는 코팅 페이퍼, 보다 상세하게는 고광택 페이퍼와 코팅 판지에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅컬러.
