Abstract

본 발명은 냉장고용 단열재 포옴에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 발포제로서 CFC-11을 사용하여 대기 중의 오존층을 파괴하는 현상을 완전하게 배제하지 못함으로써 오존층의 파괴로 지구 온난화 현상을 가중시키는 요인으로 작용하게 되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 발포제로서 CF7-11의 사용을 배제하고 HCFC-l4lb를 사용하여 오존층의 파괴를 방지함과 아울러, 지구의 온난화를 방지하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 폴리을(POLYOL)과, 촉매와, 실리콘(SILICON)과, HCFC-l4lb의 발포제와, 물(H20)과, 엠디아이(M.D.1)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 단열재 포옴.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올(POLYOL)은 단열성 및 치수안정성, 강도를 보강기하 위하여 솔비톨(SORBITOR)과, 티이디에이(T.D.A)를 주성분으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 단열재 포옴.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올(POLYOL)은 소량의 슈크로스(SUCROSE)와, 에스테르(ESTER)와, 그리고 엠디아이(M.D.A)가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 단열재 포옴.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 케이에이050(KA050)와, 케이에이014(KA014)를 주성분으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 단열재 포옴.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘(SILICONE)은 엘-6900(L-6900), 에프-373(F-373), 그리고 에스제트-1629(SZ-1629)를 주성분으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 단열재 포옴.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘(SILICONE)은 셀(CELL)을 미세화시키기 위하여 화인 셀(FINE CELL)용 실리콘을 적용한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 단열재 포옴.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엠디이아이(M.D.I)는 발포시 악취가 발생되는 현상을 개선함과 아울러, 엠디아이(M.D.I) 자체의 저장 안정성을 향상시키도록 크루드(CRUDE) 엠디아이(M.D.I)를 적용한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 단열재 포옴.
