본 발명은 다음 제1 내지 3공정, 즉 (1)진공흡인형의 오목형의 성형면의 소요위치에 상감물을 그 표면측이 상기 성형면과 대향하는 상태로 배치하고, 상기 오목형의 성형면과 상감물 표면상에 프라이머 처리를 한 베이스 시트를 그 표면측이 오목형의 성형면과 대향하는 상태로 씌우는 제1공정, (2)베이스 시트를 가열해서 연화시키면서 진공흡인형 오목형의 성형면에 베이스 시트 및 상감물을 진공흡인해서 성형면에 베이스 시트를 밀착시키는 제2공정, (3)베이스 시트가 형성하는 오목형 공간에 경질발포수지를 주입하고, 주입한 경질발포수지에 누름판을 대고 발포수지를 베이스 시트와 누름판으로 형성되는 밀폐공간에 가두고, 이 밀폐공간내에서 발포수지들 발포시키고, 발포가 완료되어 경화한 후에 오목형을 탈형하는 제3공정에 의해 경화한 발포수지표면에 베이스 시트틀 씌워붙임과 동시에 그 표면에 상감물을 매설시키도록 일체화시키는, 발포성형품 표면에 시트 상감물을 붙이는 가공방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention arranges the inlay in a state where the surface side thereof faces the forming surface at the required position of the first to third steps, that is, (1) the vacuum suction type concave molding surface, and the concave molding is performed.
