Claims (9)
- 금속기재와, 금속기재표면에 형성한 법랑층과, 법랑층표면에 형성한 적어도 활성알루미나와 백금속금속과 제올라이트로 이루어진 촉매피복층과, 전기저항체와, 전기 저항체의 전기절연성을 확보하기 위하여 설치한 전기절연체로 이루어지고, 또한 전기저항체와 전기절연체를 금속기재에 밀착고정한 구성을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매피복층속에 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 구리제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 전기저항체를 내장하고, 전기절연재에 의해 전기저항체와 전기절연되어 있는 금속관형상체와, 상기 금속관형상체에 밀착하고 좋은 열전도성의 금속기재와, 금속기 제표면에 형성한 법랑층과, 법랑층 표면에 형성한 적어도 활성 알루미나와 백금속금속과 제올라이트로 이루어진 촉매피복층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 촉매피복층속에 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 구리제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 금속기재와, 금속기재 표면에 형성한 법랑층과, 법랑층내에 매설한 전기저항체와, 법랑층 표면에 형성한 적어도 활성알루미나와, 백금속금속과 제올라이트로 이루어진 촉매피복충으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 촉매피복층속에 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 구리제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈취용 발열체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
