Claims (3)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-아로일-α-아미노카복실산 유도체 및 그의 수화물 또는 용매화물 및 그의 생리학적으로 이용가능한 염 :
    상기식에서, L은 일반식
    의 그룹이고, 이때, R은 아미디노 또는 구아니디노이고, X 및 Y중의 하나는 CH이고, 다른 하나는 CH 또는 N이고, R0는 수소 또는 아미디노이고, t는 2 내지 6의 정수이고, R′ ,R" 및 R"'는 수소 또는 α-아미노카복실산에 통상적인 N-치환체 또는 측쇄이고, 상기에 의해서 R′ ,R" 및 R"'에 존재하는 하이드록시 또는 카복시 그룹이 에테르화되거나, 또는 각각 에스테르화 또는 아미드화될수 있고, R′,R" 및 R"'에 존재하는 아미노 그룹은 C1-6-알카노일화 또는 알로일화될 수 있고, Q는 일반식
    -N(V′)(CH2)V-C(V",V"')CH2OCH2COO-T Q8
    의 그룹이거나, 또는 R′및 R"가 이들이 결합된 N원자 및 C원자와 함께 고리를 형성할 때 또한 일반식
    의 그룹일 수 있고, 이때 n은 0 또는 1이고, v는 0 내지 3의 정수이고, T 및 T′는 수소 또는 생리학적 조건하에서 절단될 수 있는 저릅알킬 또는 페닐저급알킬 그룹이고, V 내지 V"'는 수소 또는 저급알킬이고, U 및 U′는 수소, C1-6- 알카노일 또는 아로일이고, Ar은 아릴이고, R2내지 R5는 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로겐 또는 -OCH2COO-T′그룹이거나 또는 R2및 R3는 이들이 결합된 페닐 그룹과 함께 1-나프틸 그룹을 형성한다.
  2. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ)의 화합물 :
    상기식들에서, L0는 일반식
    R1-(CH2)t또는 L2
    이고, 이때 A는 임의로 보호된 아미디노 또는 구아니디노 그룹이고, R1은 임의로 보호된 아미노 또는 구아니디노 그룹이고, E′, E", E"' 및 G는 각각 일반식(Ⅰ)에서의 R′, R", R"' 및 Q와 동일한 의미를 가지나, 단 R1이 아미노 또는 구아니디오이거나, 또는 A가 아미디노 또는 구아니디노인 경우에, E′, E", E"' 및 G중 적어도 하나는 적어도 하나의 카복실산 에스테르 그룹 및/또는 에테르그룹 및/또는 보호된 아미노 그룹을 함유한다.
  3. 활성 성분으로서 제1항에 따른 화합물을 함유하는, 특히 혈소판에 대한 결합 단백질의 결합, 및 혈소판 응집 및 세포-세포 결합에 의해 야기된 질병의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약학 제제.
