Claims (1)

폴리에틸렌 테페프탈레이트 (PBT)를 용융방사하여 장섬유부직포를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 테페프탈레이트 칩을 용융방사하고 압축공기에 의해 연신, 분산시켜 부직포를 구성하는 모노필라멘트의 파단신도가 80~150%인 부직포 웹을 제조한후, 연속하여 엠보싱 처리하고, PET의 유리전이온도와 용융점온도 사이에서 연신하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 드레이프성이 우수한 장섬유 필라멘트 부직포의 제조방법.In manufacturing long-fiber nonwoven fabric by melt spinning polyethylene terephthalate (PBT), non-woven fabric having 80 to 150% elongation at break of monofilament constituting the nonwoven fabric by melt spinning the polyethylene terephthalate chip and drawing and dispersing by compressed air.
