Claims (14)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 이미다졸일메틸옥시란과 치환된 이미다졸일프로펜, 및 식물에 의해 허용되는 이들의 산부가염 및 이들의 금속착물;
  2. 상기식에서, R2및 R2는 같거나 다르며 그리고 각각은 C1-C8-알킬기, C5-C8-시클로알킬기, C5-C8-시클로알켄일기, 테트라히드로피라닐기, 노르보르닐기, 피리딜기, 나프틸기, 비페닐기 또는 페닐기이고, 이들의 각각은 치환되지 않거나 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 페녹시기, 아미노기, C1-C4-알킬기, C1-C4-알콕시기 또는 C1-C8-할로알킬기에 의해 단일-내지 삼치환되고, D는 산소원자이거나 단일겹합이고,E는 H, F, Cl 또는 Br이며, X, Y 및 Z는 같거나 다르며 그리고 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 시아노기, C1-C3-알킬기, C1-C8-할로알킬기, C1-C3-알콕시기, 치환되지 않은 아미노기이거나 C1-C3-알킬-또는 C1-C3-아실기로 치환된 아미노기, 치환되지 않은 머캅토기어거나 C1-C3- 알킬기로 치환된 머캅토기, C1-C3- 아실기, C1-C3-알콕시카르보닐기, C1-C3-히드록시알킬기 또는 치환되었거나 치환되지 않은 페닐기이고, 이때 X, Y및 Z는 동시에 수소원자일 수 없다.
  3. 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 R1및R2는 치환되지 않았거나 플루오르, 염소, 브롬 또는 트리플루오로메틸에 의해 단일- 또는 이치환된 페닐기인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 이미다졸일메틸옥시란 및 치환된 이미다졸일프로펜.
  4. 담체 및 살균적으로 효과적인 양의 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 이미다졸일메틸옥시란이나 이미다졸일 프로펜, 또는 식물에 의해 허용되는 이들의 산부가염이나 금속착물을 함유하는 살균제,
  5. 상기식에서, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며 그리고 각각은 C1-C8-알킬기, C3-C8-시클로알킬기, C5-C8-시클로알켄일기, 테트라히드로피란일기, 노르보르닐기, 피리딜기, 나프틸기, 비페닐기 또는 페닐기이고, 이들의 각각은 치환되지 않거나 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 페녹시기, 아미노기, C1-C4-알킬기, C1-C4-알콕시기 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬기에 의해 단일-내지 삼치환되고, D는 산소원자이거나 단일겹합이고,E는 H, F, Cl 또는 Br이며, X, Y 및 Z는 같거나 다르며 그리고 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 시아노기, C1-C3-알킬기, C1-C3-할로알킬기, C1-C3-알콕시기, 치환되지 않은 아미노기이거나 C1-C3-알킬-또는 C1-C3-아실기로 치환된 아미노기, 치환되지 않은 머캅토기이거나 C1-C3- 알킬기로 치환된 머캅토기, C1-C3- 아실기, C1-C3-알콕시카르보닐기, C1-C3-히드록시알킬기 또는 치환되었거나 치환되지 않은 페닐기이고, 이때 X, Y및 Z는 동시에 수소원자일 수 없다.
  6. 살균적으로 효과적인 양의 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 치환된 이미다졸일메틸옥시란이나 치환된 이미다졸일프로펜, 또는 식물에 의해 허용되는 이들의 산부가염이나 금속착물을 균류상에서 작용하도록 하거나 균류에 의해 공격받기 쉬운 물질, 지면, 식물 또는 종자에 작용하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 균류퇴치방법;
  7. R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며 그리고 각각은 C1-C8-알킬기, C3-C8-시클로알킬기, C5-C8-시클로알켄일기, 테트라히드로피란일기, 노르보르닐기, 피리딜기, 나프틸기, 비페닐기 또는 페닐기이고, 이들의 각각은 치환되지 않거나 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 페녹시기, 아미노기, C1-C4-알킬기, C1-C4-알콕시기 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬기에 의해 단일내지 삼치환되고, D는 산소원자이거나 단일겹합이고,E는 H, F, Cl 또는 Br이며, X, Y 및 Z는 같거나 다르며 그리고 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 시아노기, C1-C3-알킬기, C1-C8-할로알킬기, C1-C3-알콕시기, 치환되지 않은 아미노기이거나 C1-C3-알킬-또는 C1-C3-아실기로 치환된 아미노기, 치환되지 않은 머캅토기어거나 C1-C3- 알킬기로 치환된 머캅토기, C1-C3- 아실기, C1-C3-알콕시카르보닐기, C1-C3-히드록시알킬기 또는 치환되었거나 치환되지 않은 페닐기이고, 이때 X, Y및 Z는 동시에 수소원자일 수 없다.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 4-플루오로페닐기이고 R2는 2, 6-디플루오로페닐기이고, D는 산소원자이고, E는 수소원자이고, X는 수소원자이고, Z는 수소원자이고, 및 Y는 메톡시카르보닐기임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 4-플루오로페닐기이고 R2는 2, 6-디플루오로페닐기이고, D는 산소원자이고, E는 수소원자이고, X는 수소원자이고, Z는 수소원자이고, 및 Y는 아세틸기임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 4-플루오로페닐기이고 R2는 2-클로로페닐기이고, D는 산소원자이고, E는 염소원자이고, Z는 메톡시카르보닐이고, 및 X와 Y는 각각 수소원자임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
