Claims (4)

  1. 주사빔을 공급하는 다이오드 레이저, 정보면에 주사점을 형성하기 위해 주사빔을 포커싱하고 복합방사선 감지 검출 시스템을 위해 주사점을 재 영상화하기 위한 대물 시스템 및 정보면에 의해 방사선 감지 검출 시스템에 반사된 방사선 빔을 편향시키고 대응한 다수의 복사점을 대응하는 다수의 검출기쌍 복합 검출 시스템에 형성하는 다수의 보조빔내로 상기 빔을 스프릿하기 위해 다이오드 레이저와 대물 시스템 사이의 방사선 경로에 배치된 복합 회전 소자를 구비하고, 방사선 반사 정보면을 광학적으로 주사하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 각각의 검출기쌍에 대해 두 검출기 사이의 분리 스트립은 주사빔이 최적 방법으로 정보면에 포커스되면 관련 검출기쌍에 형성된 복사점의 세기 분배의 중심에 의해 정해진 위치를 가진 다이오드 레이저의 방사선 방출 표면의 중심을 접속하는 라인에 대해 예각으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 격자는 가변 격자 간격을 가지며 격자 스트립은 구부러진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사장치.
  3. 회절 소자는 한 보조 격자의 격자 스트립이 다른 보조 격자의 방향과 동일한 방향을 가지며 보조 격자의 격자 간격이 서로다른 두개의 보조 격자로 구성되고, 검축기쌍의 보조 격자들 사이에 접속 라인에 평행한 방향으로 나란히 놓여 있는 제1 또는 2항에 청구된 바와같은 장치에 있어서, 검출기쌍의 분리 스트립은 상기 접속 라인에 대해 반대 각도로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사장치.
  4. 회절 소자는 동일한 격자 간격을 갖는 두개의 보조 격자로 구성되며, 반면에 제1보조 격자의 격자 스트립은 제1각도로 연장하며, 제2보조 격자의 격자 스트립은 제1각도와는 반대이며 두개의 보조 격자의 분리선과 동일한 제2각도로 연장하고, 검출기쌍은 상기 분리선이 방향에 수직방향으로 놓여 있는 제1 또는 2항에 청구된 바와같은 장치에 있어서, 검출기쌍의 분리 스트립은 상기 접속선에 대한 각도와는 반대로 크게 동일하게 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사장치.
