Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a broadcast reproducing method of a broadcast receiving device. More particularly, when a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) signal is received during broadcast reproduction of a broadcast receiving device, a broadcast reception suitable for playing a broadcast using a time shift function is provided. It relates to a volume control method of the device.
As is well known, digital broadcasting includes digital terrestrial broadcasting, digital satellite broadcasting, and digital cable broadcasting, which requires a digital broadcasting receiver such as a set-top box (STB).
When a cable input is received through a cable modem, the digital broadcast receiver selects and transmits only a radio wave by tuning to a frequency of a certain radio wave (or electric signal), and the radio wave is modulated, demultiplexed, and demultiplexed. The signal is reproduced through the monitor and the speaker through decoding and signal processing.
Here, the digital broadcast receiver stores cable TV subscriber information, and includes a reception restriction card that can receive and play pay TV broadcasts when the subscriber information is confirmed, which is a smart card storing subscriber information. In addition, it may be configured in the form of a Personal Computer Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) card, and is issued to a subscriber by a cable TV provider to be installed in a set-top box.
Recently, a digital broadcasting receiver having a cable modem provides simultaneous functions such as broadcasting, internet, VoIP, etc. through a cable modem, and is connected to a broadcasting server to receive VOD (Video On Demand) service or to access the web through an internet communication network. Various services are provided, such as receiving services or receiving voice signals through VoIP phones. Here, the voice call service using the VoIP phone has the advantage that a large number of users can make a call, the scalability is excellent, and the fee is low.
However, in the related art, when a VoIP signal is received while playing a broadcast through a digital broadcast receiver, it is inconvenient to watch the broadcast being played when a voice call is made, and after the voice call is terminated, the corresponding broadcast is viewed. By doing so, there was inconvenience for the user using it.
Accordingly, when the VoIP signal is received, the present invention stores a broadcast signal through a time shift function according to a preset broadcast service condition, and when the voice call ends, the broadcast receiving device capable of sequentially playing the stored broadcast signal. To provide a broadcast playback method of the.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for reproducing a broadcast received by a broadcast receiving device, the method comprising: reproducing a broadcast signal with a broadcast service condition set in the broadcast receiving device; Checking whether it is received; if the VoIP signal is received, operating a time shift function using a hard disk according to the broadcast service condition, storing the broadcast signal; and voice call service according to the VoIP signal reception. And extracting and reproducing the broadcast signal stored in the hard disk when the voice call service is terminated.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method of reproducing a broadcast received by a broadcast receiving device, the method comprising: reproducing a broadcast signal with a broadcast service condition set in the broadcast receiving device; Checking whether a signal is received, storing the broadcast signal by requesting a web service server to store the broadcast signal according to the broadcast service condition, and storing the broadcast signal according to the broadcast service condition. Providing a call service, and when the voice call service is terminated, requesting transmission of the broadcast signal stored in the web service server and reproducing the received broadcast signal. To provide.
According to the present invention, unlike the conventional method of continuously playing a broadcast during a voice call using VoIP during broadcast playback, if a VoIP signal is received during playback of the broadcast signal while the broadcast service condition is set and registered according to the reception of the VoIP signal, Accordingly, it is checked whether the data is stored in the hard disk or the web service server, and when the data is stored in the hard disk or the web service server, the time shift function plays the corresponding broadcast signal and saves it simultaneously. Alternatively, by extracting or receiving the corresponding broadcast signal stored in the web service server and reproducing, the user may reproduce and view the broadcast part not viewed due to the voice call, thereby improving user convenience.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a hard disk or a web service server by operating a time shift function when a broadcast service condition is set in a broadcast system including a broadcast receiving device and a VoIP signal is received while playing a broadcast signal. After the sequential storage of the broadcast signal, when the voice call using VoIP is terminated, the broadcast signal stored in the hard disk or the web service server is extracted or received and played back. Through such technical means, problems in the prior art can be solved. .
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Next, in the broadcasting system having the above-described configuration, when the VoIP signal is received while receiving and playing the broadcast signal through the cable modem, the broadcast signal to be played is stored in a hard disk or a web service server through a time shift function. When the voice call service using the VoIP is terminated, a broadcast receiving apparatus which extracts or receives and reproduces a corresponding broadcast signal will be described.

Next, if a VoIP signal is received while the broadcast service condition is set in the broadcast system including the broadcast receiving apparatus as described above, and the broadcast signal is being reproduced, the time shift function is activated to sequentially store the broadcast signal on the hard disk. After the voice call using VoIP is terminated, a process of extracting or receiving and reproducing the corresponding broadcast signal stored in the hard disk will be described.

Therefore, if the VoIP service condition is set according to the reception of the VoIP signal, and the VoIP signal is received while the broadcast signal is being reproduced, the time shift function is used to sequentially store the broadcast signal on the hard disk, and then use the voice call using VoIP. When is terminated, the broadcast signal stored in the hard disk can be extracted or received and played.
Next, if a VoIP signal is received while the broadcast service condition is set in the broadcast system including the broadcast receiving apparatus as described above, and the broadcast signal is reproduced, the broadcast signal is sequentially stored in the web service server. The process of extracting, receiving and playing back a corresponding broadcast signal stored in a web service server when a voice call is terminated using the above will be described.

Therefore, if the VoIP service condition is set according to the reception of the VoIP signal and the VoIP signal is received while the broadcast signal is being reproduced, the corresponding broadcast signal is sequentially stored in the web service server, and then the web service is terminated when the voice call using the VoIP is terminated. The broadcast signal stored in the server may be extracted or received and reproduced.
In the foregoing description, the present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention may be modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It will be readily appreciated that branch substitutions, modifications and variations are possible.
