Abstract

In general, liquid crystal displays (hereinafter, referred to as "LCDs") have tended to be increasingly wider in application due to light weight, thinness, and low power consumption. According to this trend, LCDs are used for office automation devices, mobile devices, TVs, and the like.
In such LCD modules, there is a problem of malfunction and damage due to the inflow of electrostatic discharge (ESD). Accordingly, various attempts have been made to enhance resistance to ESD in the field of LCD modules.
