Claims (4)
- 폴리프로필렌 수지를 중심층(Ⅱ)으로 하고, 표면층(Ⅰ)과 접착층(Ⅲ)을 공압출하여 구성되는 필름에 있어서, 상기 접착층(Ⅲ)이 융점이 50 내지 130℃, 밀도가 0.900 내지 0.935g/㎤인 저밀도 내지 중밀도 고압 폴리에틸렌, 밀도가 0.880 내지 0.940g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌/알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/메타크릴산 공중합체, 메탈로센촉매를 사용하여 공중합시켜 수득한 선형 폴리에틸렌으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물 (A)10 내지 100중량%; 폴리프로필렌 수지(B) 0 내지 90중량%와 (A)와 (B)의 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 가공조제(C) 0.05 내지 2.0중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공압출 연신 폴리프로필렌(OPP) 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면층(Ⅰ)에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌 수지는 호모폴리프로필렌, 프로필렌과 1개 이상의 공단량체와의 공중합체를 포함하는 투명 타입 또는 무광적층필름용 복합 수지를 사용한 무광타입을 특징으로 하는, 공압출 연신 폴리프로필렌(OPP) 필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가공조제는 블로킹 방지제, 정전기 방지제, 슬립성 보강제중에서 선택되는 1종 단독 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는, 공압출 연신 폴리프로필렌(OPP) 필름.
- 융점이 50 내지 130℃, 밀도가 0.900 내지 0.935g/㎤인 저밀도 내지 중밀도 고압 폴리에틸렌, 밀도가 0.880 내지 0.940g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌/알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/메타크릴산 공중합체, 메탈로센촉매를 사용하여 공중합시켜 수득한 선형 폴리에틸렌으로부터 선택된 1종 (A)10 내지 100중량%; 폴리프로필렌 수지(B) 0 내지 90중량%와 (A)와 (B)의 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 가공조제(C) 0.05 내지 2.0중량부로 구성되는, 접착층(Ⅲ) 제조용 마스터뱃치.
