It relates to a method for producing a spandex composite yarn to have.

In general, spandex composite yarn is mainly used in the manufacturing of stretch fabrics for garments, and such stretch fabrics use covering fabrics covering synthetic fiber material yarns in spandex yarns (examination).

The elastic fabric woven by the spandex composite yarn has a good elasticity and excellent strength and wear resistance, but the synthetic fiber material is smooth and tightly coupled as the yarn is covered in a twisted state, and the touch is greatly decreased.

Spandex composite yarn manufacturing method of the present invention is a spandex entanglement step of forming a loop by the yarn interlocking means for attaching the elastic spandex yarn and the synthetic fiber material yarns such as polyester, nylon at regular intervals using air, Synthetic fiber material yarns such as polyester, nylon, etc. are concentrated in a high-pressure air to spandex entangled yarns in which the loops of the process are formed. Spandex composite yarn, which is given by bulky property, has elasticity (spandex) in fabric manufacturing and can exhibit the effect of cotton with good touch.

In addition, the spandex composite yarn fabricated to have a slub (slub) effect with a bulky property by giving a supply deviation of the synthetic fiber material that is put into it in the process of focusing the synthetic fiber material on the spandex interlocking yarn as described above. It has elasticity (spandex) at the time of manufacture and can show the effect of cotton and hemp.

However, the present invention is not limited only to the following examples.

1><Example 1>

The elastic spandex yarn (SP) and the polyester material yarn (Y 1 ) of 50 denier / 36 filament are put together in the yarn entanglement nozzle (10a) that blows air in one direction to pass the yarn guide hole (11). Blowing air through the air blowing hole 12 in the process to form a loop (L) by means of attaching the filament of the polyester material yarn (Y 1 )) to the spandex yarn (SP) at regular intervals One spandex entangled yarn (SIY) is produced.

Yarn entangled nozzle (10b) using the prepared spandex entangled yarn (SIY) and blown air in three directions together with a polyester material yarn (Y 2 ) of 50 denia / 36 filament to cause vortex phenomenon Spandex entangled yarn (SIY) forming a loop (L) by blowing and condensing high pressure (23 kg / cm 3 ) air through the air ejection hole 12 in the process of passing the yarn guide hole 11 through The spandex composite yarn S 1 imparting bulkiness is produced by a number of filament entangled yarns in which the filaments of the filaments of the polyester material yarn and the filament of the polyester material yarn Y 2 are entangled.

2><Example 2>
