More particularly, the present invention relates to a gelatin gel composition which is in an elastic gel state at room temperature using the properties of gelatin, A gel-like gel composition, a sheet, and a method for producing the gelatin gel composition, which are capable of easily transferring a water-soluble skin-cosmetic ingredient dissolved in oil or oil to water, will be.
Gelatin is a kind of inducible protein obtained by treating collagen, which is a natural protein constituting animal skin, tendon, and cartilage, with hot water. The change from collagen to gelatin is said to be due to the hydrolysis of the peptide chain, and also to the cleavage of salt bonds or hydrogen bonds between the peptide chains. Cold water only swells, but it melts into hot water and becomes a sol. At a concentration of 2-3%, it becomes an elastic gel at room temperature. This state is called jelly, and it is widely used to make shape and hardness by mixing with food by using coagulation. When the gel is heated, it returns to the sol. Molecular weight of 15,000 to 25,000, which is insoluble in organic solvents.

FIGS. 1 to 13 are photographs showing properties of a gelatin gel sheet produced according to embodiments of the present invention and comparative examples.
FIGS. 14 to 20 are photographs showing a phase change over time when a gelatin gel sheet manufactured according to an embodiment of the present invention is attached to skin.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The gelatin gel composition of the present invention contains gelatin, water and oil as main components. The gelatin used in the present invention may be either granular or blocky. In the gelatin gel composition of the present invention, the matrix of the gel, that is, the polymer component forming the structure of the gel may contain a small amount of natural polymer components other than gelatin, for example, 10% by weight or less based on the total weight of the polymer component It is preferable that gelatin is used alone. Even when a natural polymer component other than gelatin is added in small amounts to form the structure of the gel, the gelatin gel composition of the present invention melts at around 25 캜 and is converted into a sol, as described below, The characteristic that melted by the skin temperature and changed into sol is to be maintained. The water used in the present invention is preferably purified water. The oils employed in the present invention refer to glyceryl esters (glycerides) of various higher fatty acids. Such oils include vegetable oils such as coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil and the like, as well as animal oils.
The gelatin gel composition of the present invention is formed into a sheet shape, and when it adheres to a human skin, it melts by the temperature of the skin and changes into a sol. This property of the gelatin gel composition of the present invention is derived from the properties of gelatin. As mentioned above, gelatin is a kind of inducible protein obtained by treating collagen, which is a natural protein, with hot water. It swells only in cold water, but it melts into hot water and becomes a sol at a temperature below room temperature. The gelatin gel is transformed into a sol when heated again. When the gelatin gel composition of the present invention is formed into a sheet and adhered to human skin, the gelatin gel composition of the present invention melts to a sol as a result of skin temperature in spite of a considerable amount of oil other than gelatin and water, Respectively. This means that even if an appropriate amount of the oil is contained, the above-mentioned properties of the gelatin gel are not greatly changed.
In the gelatin gel composition of the present invention, water is contained in an amount of 3 to 25 parts by weight based on 1 part by weight of gelatin. When the amount of water is less than 3 parts by weight, for example, 1 part by weight and 2 parts by weight, a gel is formed, but it is very difficult to dissolve gelatin in water, and some portions are not dissolved. If the amount of water exceeds 25 parts by weight, the gelatin gel composition is difficult to use as a gel mask pack. Specifically, the stretchability remarkably decreases and the effect of the gel mask pack deteriorates. Further, there is a problem in that the amount of oil can not be sufficiently added. The lower the ratio of the water, the harder the gel and the lower the skin adhesion, the lower the elasticity and stretchability, the higher the water content of the composition itself becomes, the more the stickiness becomes worse and the formulation breaks easily. Accordingly, the present invention enables the gelatin gel composition to have excellent elasticity, stretchability and skin adhesion by containing water in an appropriate ratio. In the present invention, purified water is preferably used as the water. In the gelatin gel composition of the present invention, the composition ratio (weight ratio) of gelatin: water having good skin feel, stretchability and elasticity is preferably in the range of 1: 5 to 1:15, more preferably 1: 5 to 1:10 .
In the gelatin gel composition of the present invention, the oil is contained in an amount ranging from 1 part by weight to 1 part by weight of the gelatin. If the amount of oil is larger than the amount of water, mixing becomes difficult and it becomes difficult to form a gel. That is, the gelatin-dissolved solution and the oil may form a layer. When the amount of oil is equal to the amount of water, the gel is formed, but it takes a long time to stir, and some mixing may occur. Therefore, the amount of oil is preferably less than the amount of water. In particular, as the amount of water increases, the amount of oil must be less than the amount of water. For example, when the composition ratio of gelatin to water (weight ratio) is in the range of 1: 5 to 1:15, the ratio of the oil (weight ratio) is preferably in the range of 2 to 12, more preferably in the range of 3 to 12 Do. When the gelatin: water composition ratio (weight ratio) is in the range of 1: 5 to 1:10, the ratio (weight ratio) of the oil is preferably in the range of 2 to 9, more preferably in the range of 3 to 8. In another aspect, the amount of oil in the gelatin gel composition of the present invention is preferably in the range of 30 to 95% by weight, more preferably in the range of 30 to 90% by weight, more preferably in the range of 40 to 90% More preferably in the range of 40 to 80% by weight, and more preferably in the range of 50 to 80% by weight. It is preferred that the amount of oil increases as the amount of water increases. When the amount of oil is relatively small as compared with the amount of water, stirring is difficult, and gel and oil may form a layer at the time of gel formation.
The gelatin gel composition of the present invention may further comprise at least one of a water-soluble cosmetic ingredient, a fat-soluble cosmetic ingredient and an enhancer. In the gelatin gel composition of the present invention, the amount of the water-soluble cosmetic ingredient is in the range of 0.01 to 2% by weight based on the total weight of the gelatin gel composition, and the amount of the oil-soluble cosmetic ingredient in the gelatin gel composition is in the range of 0.01 to 2% And the amount of the thickener may be in the range of 0.1 to 10% by weight based on the weight of the oil. Examples of the fat-soluble cosmetic ingredient may include ceramide, essential oil extracted from various plants, and the like. Examples of the water-soluble cosmetic ingredient may include adenosine, arbutin, niacinamide, and the like.
The above-mentioned gelatin gel composition can be used as a sheet-type mask pack which is manufactured in a sheet shape and provides a cosmetic function. When the gelatin gel sheet of the present invention is attached to the skin of a person such as a human face, it is melted by the temperature of the skin and is changed into a sol. When the oil and the oil and the water-soluble cosmetic ingredient and the liposoluble cosmetic ingredient are contained, do. The gelatin gel sheet of the present invention is superior to a hydrogel sheet product or a soft gel product in which a cosmetic ingredient is contained in a polymer matrix.
The above-mentioned gelatin gel sheet is prepared by the following process. First, when water is added to granular gelatin or bulk gelatin, the gelatin absorbs water and expands in volume. At this time, the shape of the gelatin is kept as a particle or mass. Water is usually added cold and should not be added at high temperatures to the extent that the gelatin is denatured. If water at a temperature of approximately 65 ° C or lower is added, the properties of the gelatin will not change. The mixing ratio of gelatin and water is as mentioned above. After mixing the gelatin and water, leave it for 5 ~ 10 minutes and the swelling of the gelatin proceeds sufficiently.
Then, sufficiently swollen gelatin is dissolved in hot water. It is preferable that the temperature at the time of hot water be maintained in a range of approximately 45 to 65 ° C. If the temperature is too low, the gelatin will melt or not dissolve for a long time, and if it is too high, the gelatin may be deformed and gel may not be formed at a later stage.
When the gelatin is transformed into a liquid state by a hot water treatment, a small amount of oil is added to the liquid gelatin. At this time, oil should be added while stirring. The addition amount of the oil is as mentioned above. When adding oil, it is desirable to match the temperature of the oil to that of the gelatin. When the temperature of the oil is low, the gelatin solution forms a gel, so that the oil does not mix with the gelatin solution. On the contrary, if the oil becomes too hot, the properties of the gelatin are changed by the addition of the hot oil, do.
When the addition of the oil to the gelatin solution is completed, a mixture of gelatin, water and oil is poured into a preliminarily prepared mold or poured on a release paper film and cooled to obtain a gelatin gel sheet of the present invention. The gel sheet thus formed is presumed to contain a mixture of water and oil in the gelatin matrix structure, but it is not known exactly what structure the water-oil mixture forms. However, it is presumed that they are mixed in a uniform form when they are observed with naked eyes.
On the other hand, when the gelatin gel sheet obtained as described above is dried, the water contained in the gelatin gel sheet evaporates and its volume is reduced. During the drying process, the gelatin gel changes in gelatin film shape with decreasing volume. At this time, since the oil does not evaporate, it is contained in the gelatin film, and in some cases, it remains on the surface of the gelatin film. The gelatin sheet thus prepared can also be used as a mask pack for cosmetic purposes, as mentioned above.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically by way of examples. It should be understood, however, that the scope of the present invention is not limited by the following examples, which are only illustrative of the present invention.
Example 1
1 part by weight of particulate gelatin and 3 parts by weight of purified water were mixed and allowed to stand for about 5 to 10 minutes. At this time, the gelatin particles absorbed water and expanded in volume, and the particle phase was maintained. Then, the gelatin swelled by water was treated with hot water at 50 ° C to dissolve the gelatin. Subsequently, 1 part by weight of coconut oil heated to the same temperature was slowly added to the liquid gelatin. The addition of coconut oil was accomplished with stirring. When the addition of the coconut oil to the gelatin solution was completed, a sol mixture of gelatin, water and coconut oil was poured onto the release paper film and cooled to obtain a gelatin gel sheet.

13 is a photograph of the thus-obtained gelatin gel sheet. As shown in Figure 13, the gelatin gel sheet of Example 11 was well formed and was evaluated as suitable for use as a cosmetic mask pack.
≪ Experiment with Gelatin Gel Sheet >
The gelatin gel sheet prepared according to Example 11 was applied to the face of a test subject to examine how the properties of the gelatin gel sheet change. The experimental process was photographed. 15 is a photograph after one minute, Fig. 16 is a photograph after three minutes, Fig. 17 is a photograph after four minutes, Fig. 18 is a photograph after a lapse of four minutes, FIG. 19 is a photograph after 6 minutes, and FIG. 20 is a photograph of a situation after rubbing on the face after 8 minutes.
As shown in Figs. 14 to 20, when the gelatin gel sheet adheres to the face of a subject, the gelatin gel sheet melts due to the temperature of the skin and changes into a sol state. After the gelatin gel sheet is changed, purified water and coconut oil are absorbed into the skin. The time to complete the absorption of the skin was somewhat different depending on the thickness of the gelatin gel sheet, but the absorption of the skin was completed when about 10 to 15 minutes elapsed. When the skin absorption of purified water and coconut oil is completed, only gelatin remains on the face. Such remaining gelatin is not shown in the drawing, but has the same effect as coating on the skin and has a cosmetic effect. In other words, the residual gelatin forms a film to prevent the moisture contained in the skin from evaporating, further enhancing the cosmetic effect. Therefore, the gelatin gel sheet of the present invention is convenient since it is unnecessary to remove residues by using a cleanser or the like after being attached to the skin, and rather, gelatin, which is a skin residue, provides a cosmetic effect such as glossiness to the skin. Effect.
On the other hand, the gelatin gel sheets of Examples 9 and 10 were also applied to the face of the subject in the same manner as described above, and similar results were obtained.
Coconut oil melts at 25 ℃, olive oil melts at 0 ~ 6 ℃ and palm oil melts at 30 ~ 38 ℃. The gelatin gel sheet of the present invention utilizes the property that the gelatin gel formed by mixing gelatin and water melts at around 25 캜 and changes into a sol. In addition to the coconut oil having a melting point of about 25 캜, oils such as olive oil and palm oil are applied It was confirmed by the above experiment that the gelatin gel sheet of the present invention changes to a sol at around 25 캜, more specifically, depending on the skin temperature as a result of adhering to the face. This means that whatever oil is applied, the properties of the gelatin are dominant.
