Claims (3)

중앙부에 위치되는 임펙트부(50)와;
상기 임펙트부(50)의 양측 후방에 형성되어 차체의 사이드 멤버 선단에 취부된 크래쉬박스(91)에 마운팅 고정되는 타워부(60)로 이루어지는 합성수지재 자동차 백빔(100)에 있어서,
상기 자동차 백빔(100)은 임펙트부(50)의 단면이 범퍼측을 향하여 트여지는 외부공간(56)과, 범퍼의 반대 내측을 향해 트여지는 내부공간(55)을 각각 갖도록 성형하고,
이 내부공간(55)에는 양측의 크래쉬박스를 연결하는 아치형태의 보강재(80)를 수납하되, 내부공간(55)과 보강재(80) 사이에 양측 형성된 여유공간(S)에는 백빔(100)으로부터 일체로 리브(81)들이 다수개 돌출되어 공간을 채워지게 하며,
상기 보강재(80)의 내부에는 보강살(82)(83)들이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼 백빔.
