Claims (68)
- 시멘트 매트릭스, 및이 시멘트 매트릭스에 혼입된 개별화된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 포함하며, 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유는 물이 보이드(void) 사이를 흐르는 것을 방해하는 로딩 물질로 부분적으로 또는 완전히 채워진 보이드를 가지고, 상기 로딩 물질은 물에 비가용성인 복합 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로딩 물질이 상기 매트릭스와 같은 열 및 수분 팽창 계수를 갖는 것인 복합 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로딩 물질이 무기 화합물을 포함하는 것인 복합 건축 자재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기 화합물은 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 아연, 구리, 알루미늄, 바륨, 및 이들의 혼합물의 무기염으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것이고, 이 때, 상기 무기 화합물은 카르보네이트, 실리케이트, 크로메이트, 알루미네이트, 아세테이트, 팔미테이트, 올레에이트, 스테아레이트, 설페이트, 포스페이트, 보레이트, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 형태인 것인 복합 건축 자재.

- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유가 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 사용하지 않은 대등한 배합물로 만든 건축 자재에 비해 복합 건축 자재의 물 이동(위킹) 속도를 24시간 시험에서 15% 초과로 감소시키는 것인 재료 배합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유가 24시간 시험에서 복합 건축 자재의 물 투과도를 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 사용하지 않은 대등한 배합물로 만든 건축 자재의 물 투과도의 15% 이하까지 감소시키는 것인 재료 배합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유가 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 사용하지 않은 대등한 배합물로 만든 건축 자재에 비해 복합 건축 자재의 냉동-해동 특성을 향상시키는 것인 재료 배합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유가 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 사용하지 않은 대등한 배합물로 만든 건축 자재에 비해 복합 건축 자재의 생물학적 저항성을 증가시키는 것인 재료 배합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유가 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 사용하지 않은 대등한 배합물로 만든 건축 자재에 비해 복합 건축 자재의 물리적 및 기계적 성질을 유지시키거나 증가시키는 것인 재료 배합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유가 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 사용하지 않은 대등한 배합물로 만든 건축 자재에 비해 복합 건축 자재의 풍화 작용을 감소시키는 것인 재료 배합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유가 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 사용하지 않은 대등한 배합물로 만든 건축 자재에 비해 복합 건축 자재의 1 내지 10 ㎛ 크기 범위의 포어의 부피를 20% 초과로 감소시키는 것인 재료 배합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 수은 압입법(MIP)로 측정하였을 때 1 내지 10 ㎛ 크기 범위의 상기 복합 건축 자재 내의 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유의 비포어 부피가 6 ㎕/g 미만인 재료 배합물.
- 개별화된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 제공하는 것,상기 셀룰로즈 섬유의 일부 또는 전부를 비가용성 물질로 부분적으로 또는 완전히 채움으로써 로딩하여, 섬유 내의 비가용성 물질이 물이 섬유 사이를 흐르는 것을 방해하는 로딩된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 형성하는 것,상기 로딩된 섬유를 시멘트 결합제 및 다른 성분과 혼합하여 섬유 시멘트 혼합물을 형성하는 것,상기 섬유 시멘트 혼합물을 특정 형태 및 크기를 갖는 섬유 시멘트 물품으로 형성하는 것, 및상기 섬유 시멘트 물품을 경화하여 섬유 강화 복합 건축 자재를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 개별화된 섬유를 제공하는 것이 셀룰로즈 섬유를 서로 결합시키고 있는 리그닌의 대부분을 제거하는 것을 포함하는 것인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 개별화된 섬유를 제공하는 것이 섬유를 기계적으로 분리하는 것을 포함하는 것인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로즈 섬유가 기계적 분리 방법을 이용하여 화학적 펄프화법(pulping process)에 의해 개별화되는 것인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 섬유를 로딩하는 것이 비가용성 물질을 섬유의 보이드에 침적시키기 위해 물리적 방법을 사용하는 것을 포함하는 것인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 섬유를 로딩하는 것이 비가용성 물질을 섬유의 보이드에 침적시키기 위해 화학적 방법을 사용하는 것을 포함하는 것인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 섬유를 예정된 컨시스턴시(consistency) 범위로 분산시킨 후 이 로딩된 섬유를 캐나다 표준 여수도로 100 내지 750 등급(degree)의 여수도 범위로 섬유화하여 로딩된 섬유를 가공하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제51항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 섬유를 가공하는 것이 로딩된 섬유를 히드라 펄프 제조기에서 1% 내지 6%의 컨시스턴시로 분산하는 것을 포함하는 것인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.

- 제51항에 있어서, 상기 여수도 범위가 캐나다 표준 여수도 180 내지 650 등급(degree)인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
- 제51항에 있어서, 상기 로딩된 섬유를 가공하는 것이 로딩된 섬유를 5% 내지 50%의 수분 함량으로 급속 건조하는 것을 포함하는 것인 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.

- 제45항에 있어서, 경화가 60 내지 200℃의 승온 및 가압 하에 24시간 이하 동안 오토클레이빙하는 것을 포함하는 것인, 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 자재의 제조 방법.
