Claims (10)
- 멜트블로운 다이 헤드(meltblown die head)(2)를 구비하고, 열가소성 합성 섬유로 필라멘트(1)를 제조하는 장치로서, 1열 이상의 용융 합성 섬유 배출용 오리피스(4)가 마련된 합성 섬유 안내 코어(3)를 구비하고,합성 섬유 안내 코어(3)의 양측부상에 위치하는, 제1 송출 공기용 공급 장치로서, 이 공급 장치에 의해 필라멘트(1)가 오리피스(4)의 구멍 영역에서의 양측부상에서 제1 송출 공기의 영향을 받을 수 있는 것인 제1 송출 공기용 공급 장치를 구비하며,하나 이상의 제2 송출 공기용 공급 장치가 마련되어, 이 장치에 의해 필라멘트(1)가 멜트블로운 다이 헤드(2) 아래에서 온도가 50℃ 이상인 제2 송출 공기의 영향을 측방으로부터 받는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 송출 공기는 합성 섬유 안내 코어(3)와 다이 립(die lip)(6) 사이의 간극(5)을 통해 양측부상에 공급되고, 상기 간극의 폭(w)과, 상기 합성 수지 안내 코어 포인트와 다이 립 포인트의 (가상) 연장부 사이의 거리(x)는 조정 가능한 것인 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 송출 공기는 오리피스(4)를 통과하는 가상 직선(7)에 대하여 50°내지 90°로 송출될 수 있는 것인 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 송출 공기는 오리피스를 통과하는 가상 직선(7)에 대하여 수직으로 송출될 수 있는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 송출 공기는 60℃ 이상의 온도로 송출될 수 있는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 송출 공기의 상대 공기 습도는 70 % 미만인 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 송출 공기용 공급 장치는 필라멘트(1) 또는 필라멘트 커튼이 양측부에서 제2 송출 공기의 영향을 받을 수 있도록 배치되는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 측면으로부터의 제2 송출 공기의 송출은 시간에 따라 일정한 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 측면으로부터의 제2 송출 공기의 송출은 맥동(脈動)하는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 부직포 웹으로서 증착될 수 있는 증착 장치(8)가 마련되는 것인 장치.
