Claims (5)
- 차량의 주행 안정성 제어방법에 있어서,선회주행시, 차량의 조향각과 기준차속을 이용하여 차량의 노면에 상응하는 운전자가 원하는 차량의 선회속도를 설정하는 단계;상기 기준차속과 상기 미리 설정된 기준노면에서 설정된 선회속도를 이용하여 추정된 차량의 횡가속도와 횡가속도센서로부터 측정된 실제 횡가속도를 비교하여 차량의 주행노면을 판단하는 단계;상기 판단된 노면에 상응하는 상기 설정된 운전자가 원하는 차량의 선회속도를 기준선회속도로 결정하고, 상기 결정된 기준선회속도와 선회속도센서로부터 측정된 실제 선회속도를 비교하여 언더스티어 또는 오버스티어인지를 결정하는 단계;상기 결정결과에 따라 제동력 및 구동력을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주행 안정성 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 미리 설정된 기준노면에서 설정된 선회속도는 상기 조향각 및 기준차속과 함께 상기 조향각 및 기준차속의 변화에 따라 미리 설정된 선회속도의 보상값을 더 고려하여 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주행 안정성 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 선회속도를 설정하기 위해 기준차속을 산출하되 차량이 4륜 구동차량인 경우의 기준차속은 종가속도센서의 오차와 경사로 주행시의 중력가속도에 따른 외란치를 감안하여 기준차속을 산출할 수 있도록 다음의 식을 이용하여 종가속도 센서값과 바퀴속도값의 신뢰도에 따라 가중치를 변경시켜 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주행 안정성 제어방법.여기서, Vref : 기준차속 (Reference Speed)α : 종가속도에 대한 가중치 (Weighting Factor)ax0: 종가속도에 대한 외란보상치(Perturbation Factor)ax : 차체 종가속도값Δt : 적분시간 (Integration Time)c1 : 이전 기준차속에 대한 가중치 (Weighting Factor)Vwheel : 바퀴속도 (Wheel Speed)
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제동력 및 구동력 제어단계에서의 해당 바퀴의 브레이크 압력 및 구동토크량은 브레이크 압력이 지나치게 상승하여 바퀴를 로킹시키지 않으며 지나친 엔 진토크 저하로 인하여 운전자의 주행의지를 방해하지 않도록, 다음의 식을 만족하도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주행 안정성 제어방법.여기서, J : 목적함수(Performance Index)W1,2,3 : 가중치(Weighting Factors)rdesired : 운전자 요구 선회속도rmeasured : 측정된 선회속도Pi : 바퀴제어압력Tdesired : 운전자 요구 엔진토크Tactual : 제어된 엔진토크
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 바퀴에서의 슬립값이 기준값 이상일 경우에는 상기 바퀴에 제어압력을 발생시키지 않으며, 상기 기준값은 차량의 노면마찰계수, 조향각 및 차속에 대응되게 미리 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주행 안정성 제어방법.
