Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 분리대두단백질을 단백질분해효소로 가수분해하여 얻은 대두펩타이드를 인산염을 이용하여 화학적으로 인산화시키고 상기에서 얻은 인산화 대두펩타이드를 칼슘결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 인산화 대두펩타이드 칼슘의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단백질분해효소는 트립신(trypsin), 펩신(pepsin), 알카라제(alcalase), 브로멜라인(bromelain), 파파인(papain) 및 뉴트라제(neutrase)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 인산화 대두펩타이드 칼슘의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 인산염은 소듐 메타포스페이트, 소듐 트리메타포스페이트 및 폴리인산나트륨로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 인산화 대두펩타이드 칼슘의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 인산염의 농도는 0.001~1%(v/v)임을 특징으로 하는 인산화 대두펩타이드 칼슘의 제조방법.
