Description

The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus that drives a rope wound around a sheave or the like to raise and lower a car and a counterweight.

FIG. 10 is a side view of a main part of a conventional elevator apparatus, and an intrusion prevention tool for preventing falling objects from entering between the sheave and the rope 2 from the entrance of the rope 2 near the entrance of the sheave of the rope 2. 20 is provided.
The intrusion prevention tool 20 includes a base 21 slidable with respect to the hoisting machine 1, a bracket 26 having a cross-sectional shape fixed to the base 21 with a fastening tool 37, and the bracket 26 and a pressing plate. And a contact piece 38 sandwiched between 32 and fixed by a fastener 34. The contact piece 38 is made of urethane, which is an elastic body, and is arranged close to a distance at which the tip can come into contact with the rope 2.
By the way, at the time of installation of the elevator apparatus or maintenance and inspection, a fallen object such as a small concrete piece, a screw, or a nut may fall from the upper part of the hoistway and enter a sheave, for example. If the car or the counterweight moves up and down in this state, the fallen object is sandwiched between the sheave and the rope 2 to damage the rope 2 and the life of the rope 2 is remarkably shortened.
In order to prevent such inconvenience, an intrusion prevention tool 20 for preventing falling objects from entering the sheave is attached near the entrance of the sheave of the rope 2.
In this case, when the swing angle of the rope 2 changes due to the installation layout, the distance between the contact piece 38 and the rope 2 is adjusted by sliding the intrusion prevention device 20 with respect to the hoist 1. This distance must be set on the assumption that the deflection angle changes to a maximum extent. As a result, the sliding distance of the intrusion prevention device 20 with respect to the hoisting machine 1 increases, and the intrusion prevention device 20 correspondingly increases. There was a problem that the installation space of the would become large.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same reference numerals are used to describe the same members, corresponding parts, and parts as those of the conventional one.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 is a front view of an intrusion prevention tool for an elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a right side view of the intrusion prevention tool in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view showing a use mode of the intrusion prevention tool in FIG. 4 is a right side view of the intrusion prevention device of FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a view showing a state where the first contact piece of FIG. 4 is removed from the intrusion prevention device, and FIG. 6 is an intrusion prevention device when the elevator apparatus is driven. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the intrusion prevention device of FIG. 6, and FIG. 8 is a right side view of the intrusion prevention device of FIG.
This elevator apparatus includes a car (not shown) that moves up and down in the hoistway, a balance weight (not shown) that moves up and down in conjunction with the car in the hoistway, and a car and a balance weight in the hoistway. A rope 2 that is suspended, a sheave 3 around which the rope 2 is wound, and an electric motor that is a driving device for driving the sheave 3, and the car and the counterweight are driven via the rope 2 by driving the electric motor. The hoisting machine 1 that moves up and down and the vicinity of the entrance of the rope 2 with respect to the sheave 3 are provided so that the angle of the rope 2 can be adjusted, and a fallen object is between the sheave 3 and the rope 2 from the entrance of the rope 2. And an intrusion prevention device 4 for preventing intrusion.
The intrusion prevention tool 4 includes a bracket 6 fixed by a first fastening tool 7 to a mounting base 5 that is a mounting member fixed to the hoisting machine 1, a pressing plate 22, a bracket 6 and a pressing plate 22. And the first contact piece 8 and the second contact piece 30 fixed by the second fastener 24. The first contact piece 8 and the second contact piece 30 are made of urethane which is an elastic body.
The first contact piece 8 has a plurality of groove portions 8a that contact the plurality of ropes 2 at the distal end portion, and a wide and wide second fastener 24 that extends in the arrangement direction of the plurality of ropes 2 at the base end portion. The inserted long hole 8b is formed. Further, a passage portion 8c communicating with the long hole 8b is formed at the base end portion of the first contact piece 8, and the first contact piece 8 is connected to the bracket 6 and the pressing plate 22 by the passage portion 8c. And the second fastener 24 can be removed.
After the first contact piece 8 is removed, the second contact piece 30 superimposed on the first contact piece 8 is rotated by the intrusion prevention tool 4 around the first fastening tool 7. Its tip approaches the rope 2.
In this elevator apparatus, at the time of installation, first, the rope 2 is wound around the sheave 3 of the hoist 1, and then the intrusion prevention device 4 is attached to the mounting base 5. At this time, the first tightening tool 7 and the second tightening tool 24 are loosened and adjusted so that the groove 8 a at the tip of the first contact piece 8 comes into light contact with the rope 2. This adjustment is performed by changing the angle of the bracket 6 with respect to the mounting base 6 and moving the first contact piece 8 left and right in the direction in which the rope 2 is arranged.
As described above, the adjustment can be performed by rotating the intrusion prevention tool 4 with the first fastening tool 7 as a turning point with respect to the mounting base 6. The installation space of the intrusion prevention tool 4 may be small.
Further, the movement of the first contact piece 8 with respect to the arrangement direction of the rope 2 is smoothly performed because the long holes 8b extend in the arrangement direction.
Moreover, since the 1st contact piece 8 is comprised with the urethane which is an elastic body, damage to the rope 2 which contacts the 1st contact piece 8 can be prevented.
In this way, when the elevator apparatus is installed, the intrusion prevention device 4 is first attached, so that when falling objects such as concrete pieces, screws, and nuts fall from the upper part of the hoistway toward the sheave 3 during installation. The fallen object is prevented from colliding with the first contact piece 8 of the intrusion prevention device 4 and entering between the sheave 3 and the rope 2.
After the installation is completed, the second fastener 24 is loosened, and the first contact piece 8 is extracted. In this extraction, since a passage 8c communicating with the long hole 8b is formed at the base end of the first contact piece 8, the first contact piece 8 includes the bracket 6, the pressing plate 22 and the second contact piece 8. It can be easily removed from the fastener 24.
Thereafter, the second contact piece 30 is firmly fixed between the bracket 6 and the pressing plate 22 by tightening the second fastener 24.
Next, the first fastening tool 7 is loosened, and the first fastening tool 6 is tightened with respect to the mounting base 6 so that the distance t between the tip of the second contact piece 30 and the rope 2 is about 3 mm. After the intrusion prevention tool 4 is turned with the attachment 7 as a turning point, the first fastening tool 7 is tightened.
By doing in this way, even if a small amount of fallen objects expected during normal use of the elevator apparatus fall from the upper part of the hoistway toward the sheave 3, the fallen objects are not removed from the second intrusion prevention device 4. Colliding with the contact piece 30 and entering between the sheave 3 and the rope 2 is prevented.
Moreover, since the 2nd contact piece 30 is comprised with the urethane which is an elastic body, even if the rope 2 contacts the 2nd contact piece 30, the failure | damage of the rope 2 by that can be prevented. .
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, when the swing angle of the rope 2 changes due to the installation layout, the angle of the respective intrusion prevention tools 4 near the entrances on both sides of the sheave 3 with respect to the mounting base 5 is set to the first fastening tool. This can be dealt with by changing 7 as a turning point.
In the above embodiment, the intrusion prevention device 4 for preventing falling objects from entering between the sheave 3 and the rope 2 of the machine room-less hoisting machine has been described. Of course, the present invention can also be applied to other vehicles in which a rope in a hoistway such as a weight suspension vehicle is wound.
Moreover, although the contact pieces 8 and 30 used urethane which is an elastic body, of course, other than this, for example, rubber | gum may be sufficient. Further, the replacement of the contact pieces 8 and 30 can be easily performed by removing the second fastening tool 24 from the intrusion prevention tool 4.
Further, the mounting base 5 fixed to the hoisting machine 1 is used as the mounting member, and the intrusion prevention tool 4 is attached to the mounting base 5, but in some cases, the intrusion prevention tool may be directly attached to the hoisting machine. .

As described above, the present invention can be applied to an elevator apparatus that drives a rope wound around a sheave or the like to raise and lower a car and a counterweight.
