Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は小形回転電機に係り、特に固定子巻
線と電源リード線との接続のための端子台の改良

現在一般に行われている小形回転電機の固定子
コイルと電源リード線との接続は、それぞれの被

絶縁チユーブを通したり、絶縁用テーピングした
後該部を例えばバインド線で固定したり、あるい
は圧着端子でかしめた後、溝付端子台の溝に収納
した後、熱溶融樹脂で一体固着するなど、その処
理に比較的手間を要したり、あるいは膨大な施設

4はこのブラケツト3で覆われた固定子コイル、
5はこの固定子コイルの接続用導出端4aを後記
電源リード線6の芯線6aに接続するための絶縁
物から成る端子台で、図のようにリング状に形成
され、上記固定子鉄心1の端面周縁肩部にその段
状係止部5aが嵌着され、かつ外周面には上記電
源リード線6の巻装溝5bが複数条形成されてい
る。5cは上記リード線6の芯線6aをその巻装
溝5bから導出するために上記各溝5bの突条部

縁部に装着させると共に、この端子台5の巻装溝
5b内に収納された電源リード線6を、上記ブラ
ケツト3の内周面で抑えるようにしたことを特徴
