The conventional method has been to install the glitter member in a cavity, inject rubber or synthetic resin compatible with the molded body into the cavity, and cover the other parts of the molded body, leaving only the necessary parts of the glittering member. However, this method requires that both materials to be composited be compatible and of the same quality, and there is also the problem that sufficient bonding strength cannot be obtained because the preformed members are cold.

There is. However, with this method, the number of man-hours required to drill holes and grooves in the pre-formed member increases, and the drilling process may be difficult due to restrictions on the shape and size of the formed member. There is a problem in that the size and shape of the groove cannot be freely selected in order to improve the bonding force.

Next, this molded body is cut into a predetermined length. Then, the entire cut molded body is set in a mold, and rubber or synthetic resin is injected into the mold to fill the through holes or grooves of the molded body, and the molded body is left with the necessary portion of the bright member remaining. cover other parts of the

Figures 2 and 3 are made by extrusion molding of vinyl chloride resin.
As shown in the figure, it has a convex cross section and openings 5 at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
1 in which a through hole 5 having a rectangular cross section is formed.
The member 3 is manufactured. The first member 3 has, on the surface of its protrusion, a luminescent member 6 made of Tedramaira film (trade name: Dupont), which is made by depositing aluminum on a transparent polyester resin film and providing a vinyl fluoride film layer on the surface. company)
etc. are bonded together by simultaneous extrusion molding. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the entire first member 3 whose protrusions are covered with the glittering member 6 is placed in the cavity 8 of the mold 7 in which the second member 4 is to be molded. Thermoplastic rubber is injected through the injection passage 81 to cover both side edges of the glittering member 6 and the extruded resin molding. At this time, the thermoplastic rubber also flows into the through hole 5 and fills it, so that the member 3 and the second member 4 are firmly connected in the through hole 5 of the first member 3, as shown in FIG. A bumper guard 2 is obtained in which the glitter member 6 is exposed on the surface.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, if holes 51 are opened at various locations in the through hole 5 through the side surface of the first member 4 during extrusion molding, the bond between the two members 3 and 4 can be further strengthened. . Further, depending on the shape of the first member, a groove may be formed on the side surface instead of the through hole 5, and the cross-sectional shape of the groove may be a hook shape or the like to strengthen the connection of the second member 4. It can be made into various shapes such as. Moreover, since a strong connection can be achieved by variously selecting the shapes of the joint portions of both members 3 and 4, the first member 3 and the second member 4 can be freely selected without being limited to those that are compatible with each other. Materials can be used depending on the purpose. Furthermore, by using materials with different colors, the design effect of the product can be enhanced.
