Conventionally, ceiling fans using external rotor motors have been commercialized and sold widely to the general public, and the related technology is also old, and many various inventions and ideas have been made. Under such circumstances, many of them were
This is similar to the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3571, in which specific structural improvements are made in detail. The external rotor type ceiling fan disclosed in the above-mentioned publication has a rotor provided on the outside of a stator supported by a hanging tube, and the rotor covers the circumference of the stator except for the center of the lower surface. Further, the rotor is supported by a shaft connected to the suspension pipe protruding from the upper surface of the stator. Furthermore, the blades are fixed approximately at the center of the lower surface of the rotor. However, when the ceiling fan is operated, almost all parts around the ceiling fan rotate. Therefore, in consideration of air resistance to rotation and safety, the surrounding area is formed to have a smooth shape.
However, this is not a particular problem in cases where a decorative effect is not required for the installation location, such as in a factory, but in recent years this type of ceiling fan has been increasingly installed in living rooms, lobbies, etc., and the shape and color match the atmosphere of the installation location. was required. Furthermore, the above-mentioned shape and color were also required to be of a structure that could be easily changed when the installation location was remodeled. As an improvement on this point, as mentioned in the above-mentioned publication, some models have been made so that a protective lid can be attached for decorative effect.
It was not a fundamental improvement.

The mounting device 2 for suspending the support pipe 4 from the ceiling 3 includes a U-shaped metal fitting 8 having inner bent collar pieces 7, 7 at its tip, which are buried and fixed in a recess 6 formed in the ceiling 3. , a mounting fitting 9 which is installed over the collar pieces 7, 7 of the metal fitting 8, and a locking pin 11 which is inserted and locked into an insertion portion 10 bored in the upper part of the support pipe 4. The U-shaped metal fitting 8 may be buried in the ceiling 3 by fixing it in advance during ceiling construction, or
This may be done using bolts that are driven and fixed into the ceiling 3 after the ceiling is constructed. Furthermore, if the ceiling 3 is not made of concrete, for example, if it is made of steel or wood, various methods such as welding or screwing are possible.
The attachment fittings 9 are attached to the collar pieces 7, 7 using screws 12, 12 which are screwed into the collar pieces 7, 7. Through holes 14, 14, through which the screws 12, 12 are inserted, formed in the mounting part 13 of the mounting bracket 9;
is formed into a long hole so that the mounting position of the mounting bracket 9 relative to the U-shaped bracket 8 can be adjusted. There are hanging hanging pieces 1 on both sides of the mounting bracket 9.
5 are integrally bent. The lower part of the hanging piece 15 is bent outward into a U-shape to form a receiving part 16, and the inner wall of the receiving part 16 has a locking notch 1.
The upper part of the support pipe 4 through which the locking pin 11 having a shape of 7 is inserted is connected to the hanging piece 1.
5, both ends of the locking pin 11 are hooked onto the notch 17 so as to be placed on the receiving portion 16. By hooking the locking pin 11 to the mounting bracket 9, the support pipe 4 can be easily suspended without using a jig. The end of the locking pin 11 is located close to the outer wall of the receiving portion 16, so that it will not come off from the insertion portion 10 due to vibrations of the support pipe 4, etc., and will not lock into the notch 17. By being locked, the locking pin 11 will not come off from the mounting bracket 9 unless a force is applied to lift the support pipe 4, and as a result, the support pipe 4 can be stably suspended and supported. Further, the support pipe 4 has a structure that swings like a pendulum around the locking pin 11, and stably supports a vibrating body such as the fan body 5. Furthermore, the notch 17
Elastic caps 18 are fitted onto both ends of the locking pin 11 that is hooked on the locking pin 11, and the elastic caps 18 are almost press-fitted into the notch 17 and supported. Therefore, vibration transmitted from the fan body 5 to the support pipe is absorbed by the elastic cap 18, thereby preventing detachment of the locking pin 11 and abnormal noise between the locking pin 11, the support pipe 4, and the mounting bracket 9 due to vibration. It is possible. Although not described in this embodiment, in order to reliably prevent the support pipe 4 from coming off from the mounting bracket 9, in consideration of the occurrence of an earthquake with strong vertical shaking rather than horizontal shaking, the inside of the notch 17 is A locking member may be located between the hanging pieces 15. The locking material can be made of various materials such as an elastic material, and the locking material can be attached to the mounting bracket by screws, elastic locking, etc.

and a switch 2 that controls the external rotary motor 22.
5 and a control box 27 housing a variable resistance 26 for speed adjustment. A pipe-shaped central shaft 28 is press-fitted into the center of the inner stator 20, and the central shaft 28 projects more toward the lower surface than the upper surface of the stator 20. A threaded portion 29 is formed on the outer periphery of the portion of the central shaft 28 that protrudes from the upper surface of the stator 20. A cylindrical holder 30 whose upper and lower inner surfaces are threaded is screwed into the threaded portion 29 . The holder 30 is connected to the central axis 2
At the same time as being screwed into the motor 8, the disk-shaped protection plate 31 that covers the upper surface of the motor 22 is fixed. The holder 30 is prevented from loosening with respect to the central shaft 28 by pressing the tip of a screw 32 screwed into the holder from the outside of the lower part of the holder 30 against the central shaft 28.
The protection plate 31 has a through hole 33 through which the central shaft 28 is inserted, and a concave portion that is pressed by the holder 30 and pressed against the central flat portion of the stator 20 where no winding 34 is present. 35 and the stator 20

The diameter of the protection plate 31 is the same as that of the outer rotor 21.
The outside diameter is the same as or larger than the outside diameter. Most of the connections or wiring of the power supply cord 39 (not shown) to the winding 34 and the power supply cord 39 wired to the switch 25, resistor 26, etc. is performed on the upper surface of the protection plate 31 isolated from the winding 34. Therefore, the wiring and connection portion is the winding 34.
In addition, even if there is some slack in the wiring, it will not come into contact with the outer rotor 21 and damage the power supply cord 39. Capacitor 40 for starting the motor 22
is fixed to the holder 30 with screws 41. Further, the lower part of the support pipe 4 is screwed into the threaded part of the upper part of the holder 30, and if the pipe 4 is loosened with respect to the holder 30, the tip of the screw 42 screwed in from the outside of the upper part of the holder 30 is fixed to the support pipe 4. This is done by pressing against the pipe 4. The support pipe 4, the holder 30, and the center shaft 28 are connected to form one pipe, and the power cord and power supply cord 39 (not shown) are passed through the support pipe 4, the holder 30, and the center shaft 28, and are connected to the holder. It is pulled out onto the protection plate 31 through an insertion hole 43 formed in the center of the wire 30 and connected to the winding 34 . The power cord, the power supply cord 39, the winding 34, etc. may be connected using conventionally known connectors such as crimp terminals, or
Various methods are conceivable, such as screwing a terminal to the protection plate 31 and performing the operation via the terminal.

The outer rotor 21 is supported by a central shaft 28 that is vertically provided on the lower surface of the inner stator 20. The outer rotor 21 is formed into a substantially dish shape, and the rotor 21 has a bulge 71 located in the opening 64 of the lower cover part 51 in the center thereof, and a pair of bearings 7.
A bearing housing cylinder part 73 is formed to accommodate the bearings 2 and 72. A portion of the storage cylinder portion 73 further protrudes from the bulge portion 71, and a through hole 74 through which the central shaft 28 is inserted is formed in the center of the protruding portion. The one bearing 72 is attached to the protruding portion.

The control box 27 is fixed to the central shaft 28 with the nut 80 at the same time as the outer rotor 21 is installed. The threaded portion 79 at the bottom of the center shaft 28 is formed to have a substantially D-shaped cross section, and is used to prevent rotation of the center shaft 28 when the control box 27 is attached. The control box 28 includes an inverted cup-shaped control frame 101 made of synthetic resin with an insertion hole 100 formed in the center of the upper surface, and an inverted U-shaped reinforcing metal fitting 102 mounted inside the frame 101.
and a synthetic resin closing plate 104 which is fixed to the lower end of the reinforcing metal fitting 102 with a screw 103 and closes the opening at the lower end of the frame 101. The insertion hole 10
0 has a circular shape into which the sleeve 82 fits. The reinforcing metal fitting 102 has bosses 105, 105 vertically provided on the upper surface of the frame portion 101, and screws 106,
It is fixed at 106. A substantially D-shaped insertion hole 107 that fits into the threaded portion 79 of the central shaft 28 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the reinforcing metal fitting 102 . The integrated member of the frame part 101 and the reinforcing metal fitting 102 is inserted into the threaded part 79, and by fitting into the substantially D-shaped insertion hole 107, rotation about the central axis 28 is prevented, and the threaded part The reinforcing metal fitting 1 is inserted between the nut 80 screwed into the nut 79 and the lower end of the sleeve 82.
The peripheral edge of the insertion hole 104 of 02 is clamped to prevent it from coming off. The screw portion 79 of the nut 80 is prevented from loosening by a regulating plate 108 which is adjustably attached to the fixing screws 106, 106 of the reinforcing metal fitting 102. The regulation plate 108 has a fitting hole 10 in the center thereof which fits into the side surface of the nut 80.
9 is formed. If the nut 80 has a hexagonal shape, the fitting hole 109 is formed into a hexagonal or dodecagonal star-shaped hole. At both ends of the regulation plate 108, there are insertion holes 11 through which the screws 106 are inserted.
0, and the insertion hole 110 is approximately crescent-shaped with the nut 80 at its center. Therefore, even if the tightening completion position of the nut 80 does not remain at the position shown in the figure, the regulating plate 108 can be mounted in a slightly rotated state with respect to the reinforcing metal fitting 102. The switch 25 and the resistor 26 are attached to a mounting portion formed in the frame portion 101;
Alternatively, it can be attached to the reinforcing metal fitting 102 with screws or the like. In this embodiment, a reinforcing metal fitting 102 is installed inside the frame portion 101, and the reinforcing metal fitting 102 also prevents rotation toward the central axis 28, but this is not particularly necessary and the frame portion 101
The insertion hole 100 may be formed into a substantially D-shaped hole. In addition, a sleeve 82 that presses the inner ring portion of the bearing 72 is molded separately, but the frame portion 1
01 insertion hole 100 periphery or the reinforcing metal fitting 1
The sleeve 82 may be integrally molded around the periphery of the insertion hole 107 of 02. A closing plate 104 is fixed to the lower end of the reinforcing metal fitting 102 with a screw 103, but this is not particularly limited, and various devices such as decorations and lighting devices can be installed therein. Furthermore, if a flange is formed on the upper surface of the frame portion 101 to cover the bulge portion 71 of the outer rotor 21 on which the blades 24 are attached, the fixed portion of the blades 24 cannot be seen directly; Improves appearance.

FIG. 8 is an electrical circuit diagram of the ceiling fan of the present invention, in which the switch 25 is turned on and off by a pull cord 120 to stop the motor 22. By changing the set value of the resistor 26 by turning the knob 121, the rotational speed of the motor 22 can be changed as needed. The resistor 26 is not particularly required, and the switch 25 can be used as a multi-stage switch to control the motor 2.
The speed may be controlled by appropriately switching the adjustment tap drawn out from the second winding 48. The rotation changeover switch 59 is used to change the direction of rotation of the motor 22. In summer, the motor 22 is rotated in the forward direction to blow air down from the ceiling 3 toward the floor, giving the user a cool feeling, and in the winter, the motor 22 is rotated in the reverse direction. Air is blown upward toward the ceiling 3 to form a circulating air flow in the room without making the user feel the air flow, and warm air accumulated near the ceiling 3 is sent toward the floor.
