本発明は、例えば、微小なリードレス電子部品を電子回
路基板へ装着する場合のリードレス電子部品の組立又は
テーピング装置一般に使用する電子部品の位置規正方法

が、より部品に近い位置で待機させている方法であった

規正する規正方法を取る事ができ、吸着状態での傾きを
