The actuating tool 6 is provided separately from the automatic spray gun 2 and has a cylinder chamber 64 opened in the base 63, and the cylinder chamber 64 is hidden by a front bracket 68. The actuating piston 65 slides. The actuating piston 65 has a piston rod 66 protruding from the outside, so that the actuating piston 65 can be externally operated via the piston rod 66. Further, the operating piston 65 is provided with an indicator rod 67 of the same diameter for compensation, and in this embodiment, the piston rod 66 is connected with a nut fitting 71 that is screwed onto a threaded shaft 70 rotated by, for example, a pulse motor 69. Further, the piston 39 comes into contact with the abutment fitting 40 by retreating, and the corresponding fitting 40 is moved back until the rear end of the needle valve 3 comes into contact with the adjustment rod 55. As a result, the opening range of the paint nozzle port 12 is determined according to the amount of retraction of the needle valve 3, and an amount of paint corresponding to the opening range can be ejected. Furthermore, when the pulse motor 69 is operated to move the working piston 65 forward, for example, via the piston rod 66, liquid corresponding to the amount of movement of the working piston 65 flows from the front port 73 into the front port 60 of the driven part 5. As a result, the driven piston 4 is moved backward and the amount of retraction of the needle valve 3 is increased, thereby increasing the opening margin of the paint nozzle port 12 and increasing the amount of paint to be ejected. Similarly, by rotating the pulse motor 69 in the reverse direction, the opening margin can be reduced and the amount of paint ejected can be reduced. The cylinder chamber 64 of the actuator 6 is formed to have a smaller diameter than the cylinder chamber 53, and the stroke of the actuator piston 65 is increased to reduce the actuation force of the actuator piston 65 of the actuator 6. It can also be formed. Further, depending on the amount of protrusion of the indicator rod 57 of the driven portion 5, the opening margin of the needle valve 3 can be visually observed from the outside.

As a result, the piston rod 66 moves up and down following the shape of the template 75 as it moves back and forth, injects liquid from the rear port 74 into the rear port 61 of the driven part 5 according to the amount of movement, and moves the driven piston 4 back and forth. The opening margin of the paint nozzle opening 12 can be adjusted using the adjusting rod 55.
