上下方向に亘り内外二重に仕切る隔壁を介し、前
記プラズマアーク並びに供給粉体を包囲するシー
ルドガス流噴出用の内側シールドガスノズルおよ
び前記内側シールドガスノズルよりの噴出ガス流
を包囲するシールドガス噴出用の外側シールドガ
スノズルの両者を並設することを特徴とする粉体
肉盛溶接用プラズマトーチ。 (2) 外側シールドガスノズルのガス噴出口が内
側ガスシールドノズルのガス噴出口よりも狭くさ
れ、かつその噴出口幅tがシールドキヤツプのシ
ールド径Dに対しt/D=3/100以下とされ
